I even had pointed out that there were multiple children on top of the games, screaming and throwing things at other kids including my grandkids i asked for the manager multiple times because the workers would not do anything about it and would not get the manager we packed up and left. im not bringing my grandkids here again. Do NOT come here me and my kids experience was horrible, the people at the front counter were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Whenever I ordered food they slammed it down at the table I was sitting at and before she left the table I asked for a couple plates she ignored me and walked back up to the counter, later on I did go back up and asked for plates and she handed me 2 or 3 and when I tried to ask for more she walked away, I feel as though I was being brushed off and ignored for them to just be sitting around except laughing and horsing around. On top of that one of my children came and told me that they wanted to play laser tag and I asked the front counter workers if I could be able to purchase laser tag tickets, and they were ONCE AGAIN EXTREMELY rude and said "You cannot buy them up here." So I asked where i'd be able to buy them and she said "In the back" So I went to the back counter and purchased laser tag tickets. Not only did it take 45 minutes for a worker to get over to laser tag area they seemed very uninterested and had practically shooed my child into the room whenever my child was asking the worker questions, my child was diagnosed with autism 2 years ago. She is nonverbal, and very shy. We have been pushing her to be more outgoing and talk to others when she's curious or happy or just wants to talk. Recently she's been talking a lot more and we have been very proud of her and pushing her to continue to speak her mind and for this worker to shoo her away it made her feel as if her words didn't matter, and that's the complete opposite of what we want. I won't bring any of my family here again and I suggest you don't bring yours. read more

This is a great location for some family fun! Don't let past reviews fool you, it's very well maintained and the staff was super friendly! Mini gold was 9.25 a head but it was 18 holes that were fun but challenging! Would absolutely recommend stopping by for some good family fun! read more

The one stars must be outdated, this place is NOT bad at all! Panda K needs to give this place another try. Came here as a group of 4 and had a great time! The mini golf course was good and there are two to choose from, only $8 per person. Previous review pics are not accurate! It's obviously been redone since. Go karts are also $8/ea and lasts a fair amount of time for the price. Arcade games were a little on the pricey side if that's all you are going to do for a few hours but 90% of them were all good with very few broken. The whole place was pretty clean too and was spaced out well. Would go again! read more

I would leave this facility a -5 star rating if you could actually apply that. This is the second horrible experience we have had here after spending more money than I ever knew you could in one of these places. After paying $18 to play putt putt for two people. We were kicked off the course because we started on the back nine due to the traffic flow and thought we were being helpful. When we started on the front nine a woman ran out the door, and very boldly announce to us that we had to leave the course because we were not allowed to play that nine even though we tried to explain the reason we had started on the back nine to begin with. She was brutal to say the least not a kind word or attitude in any way form or fashion. We also asked could we at least have half of our money back since we only got to play half of the course, and she boldly announced to us that they do not give refunds here!! The last time I was at this facility I swore I would never come back because I had a similar experience only cost me $700 that time!! We were trying to have a birthday party and were later notified that it was not qualified as a legitimate birthday party, and we would have to pay individual pricing for every person that had attended. Once again, we received the most unkind treatment possible quite hateful actually. I detest this place, and would encourage you to take your children elsewhere, even if it means driving to DFW or to Oklahoma. Not exactly a family friendly environment, nor an example you will want your children exposed to. Also, almost everything in the place was locked down long before closing time. If you like, throwing your money away and being treated like something on the bottom of someone's shoe then this is the place for you and your family. Good luck with that. By the way! I took my family here on a Friday night. The place was dead and now I know why. We played (4 people) in the arcade, did 2 rounds of go carts and 18 holes of mini golf. So we spent around $100. The water bumper cars were closed-maybe open in a few WEEKS! The golf course is terrible. None of the ponds had water in them, gross! They had all winter to remodel. Paid for 4 people to play laser tag. One of the people I paid for had issues and tried to get the staff's attention (the vest just kept blinking and wouldn't let their gun shoot). Staff said there was nothing they could do about it. No refund. No replay. Didn't even try to fix or replace the vest... just got a "yeah that happens sometimes". Terrible place half the attractions do not work batting cages broken and the bumper boats are broken. Most importantly my daughter has been saving her tickets for a long time and has lots of them. Used to be known as "The Plex" and a pretty cool place to take kids or even enjoy as an adult. After a couple years of not having been there, I guess they have new ownership and a new name, we had my Nieces Birthday Party there last week. Man the new owners must not care, this place has gone down hill quite a bit. Nothing worked, to do the batting cages, you can't walk in and do those manually with tokens anymore, the people inside are supposed to get it going for you. We bought 3 rounds, took 20 minutes for one round of balls to come out in the pitching machine, after numerous times telling the people at the desk we were ready, gave up on the other 2 and got our money back. Most the kids were there for Go Karts, the people running those didn't want to be there or keep it going, you could tell, they kept "shutting down" for "maintenance" or so they said, at least each kid finally got one round on those after a long wait. I think the people running those wanted a break instead of working it seemed to me. Hard to find help for things that weren't working, which seemed like nothing there did at all. The vending "water" machine even ate your money and ripped you off. Best part of my day there was standing out front smoking a cig, no lie. We were all gonna play a round of mini golf, but after the rude staff running the Go Karts and nothing else working, we pretty much cut the party short and left. Will not go back read more
