Condition is generally good, but terrain can be brutal with a lot of elevation changes, blind shots and wind issues on the hilltop fairways. Course also looks, feels and plays longer than the scorecard shows. Recently added on-cart gps is a nice addition. Only problem is that the gps constantly harps at you to stay on cartpaths-even when you are on the cartpaths Also, the carts will shut down at the slightests cartpath infraction. VERY ANNOYING Clubhouse is rather tired, but......green fees are generally affordable. Crosstimbers is definitely worth a try if you are up for a drive in the country.

The course was not busy at all and we were playing a good pace. we let everyone who caught up to play through. Around hole 9 we were approached by a bald headed manager who met us with nothing but attitude, disrespect, and was absolutely unprofessional. The entire interaction was just him yelling at us, not hearing us out and denying anything we had to say. This ruined the rest of the holes we were playing and killed the mood hard. What a horrible first experience. Safe to say will not be returning to this course. As a manager you should know better.

He allowed another student to repeatedly yell at them and the other campers during class each day. He displayed very little management skills and acuity. When I spoke to him about his situation, he offered no solution and just said "I'm here to teach golf not to manage kids". When you have kids for three hours a day at a camp, you have to be able to manage them. We left the camp really unimpressed with him. But we do love this driving range in general even though we wouldn't recommend this coach.
