A Plus for being dumbasses within the first two weeks I was without my new vehicle five days out of 141 30 days I found out that they never for filled their contract on the service end big piece of advice if you pay twice so much for the car and they have to record the signing of the contract with additional supporting documents that they told you they advised they disclosed and you get a two-year free service even down to replacing your EGR valve don't deal with them just don't and if you have toLike I did because I was in a pinch got any problems first 30 days contact the state attorney investigator. I got my car through Josh who I must say I had no issues with his services, however everyone after him in particular Paul I did not care for. I do think that they are not understanding when it comes to payment arrangements, I also know that there communication is not always the best. For example my car alarm was going off every 10 minutes as soon as I got it home from the lot. You would think they would've provided me with a car key alarm prior to leaving the lot, but instead I had to drive all the way to Canton to get one because they didn't have any immediatlly available. Furthermore, I have always made all my payments in advance and I was being called back on one particular pay date because they told me I didn't pay my bill. Come to figure out , the money was in my account the whole time and there system went down and did not automatically take it out as it had prior. Lastly and most recently, I had been waiting for over a month for them to send my title information so that I may get new plates, and they never did . So when I called in they told me its still at the office, when I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told they fired someone recently and so they've been a little behind for lack of a better word. I almost got a ticket on my way to go pick up the tittle because my tags were expired. If I would've known what I know now I wouldn't have done business with them. read more

Barry said I need to come in before anything else could be done, I was up front with the type of cars I wanted . So When I got there I was very upfront with Barry. Told him the situation and made him aware that I work in the field n know the games. He said no problem. after filling out all the paper work, meeting with the so called Finance manger. Not only did I find out they didn't listen to the type of car I wanted. Or they did can didn't care . the information I was given from the finance manger was much different . Then What Barry said, when he returned from her office . That's when I came to find out My "APPRVAL" depended on how big my down payment was going to be. I understand that this is not the nicest dealership, and that sometimes when you have to go somewhere it may be here. But at all costs, avoid JDBNOW! This business has taken multiple charges out of my account on false pretenses, claims they cannot find my insurance documents and then they proceed to take extra money out of my account even after being presented with the documents. Not only is this frustrating but at the holidays especially so! I have called many times and told they'll handle it but it's been a week and no sight of the return of the wrongfully taken charge. I called once again and asked to speak to the woman I had previously contacted to ask about my return but she was busy, I told Bryan, who answered the phone that I would happily wait on hold until my problem could be handled and after a few minutes I was hung up on! I drove 1 hour away to apply for car off an offer I seen on Craigslist. The offer is a complete scam! They told me they are income based and my household makes more than enough income to established a vehicle lease. Have 2 cars pay off on our credit as well. Just to be told they would not give me a car cause I'm expecting soon and would not be able to drive. I was more than disgusted with Josh when told this, that was demeaning and untasteful to tell a woman. Also, goes along with discrimination. Even after telling me I can provide proof of income after baby is born they would work with me I walked away. I would not want to do business with any business who thinks it's okay to tell a pregnant woman who works fulltime and currently paying $1600 a month to rent a car that I would not be able to afford it after the baby comes and would not be able to drive. This is not all helping a person who needs a vehicle more than ever to transport a baby back and forth from hospital visits, daycare and etc. While meanwhile still going back to work full time. I will never recommend them to anyone this was a complete total waste of 4 hours sitting there just to be discriminated and humiliated for my condition of pregnancy. I'm currently trying to find a way to possible sue for this. That was just so distasteful, and for a person who graduated from Business School I will not tolerate this type of behavior from a establishment at all. I have attached pictures below if you see this advertising on Craigslist I advice you to not even call or bother it's complete false advertising just to get you in to put in application for the monthly goals they have up on board in they office. This dealership is very deceptive. I purchased a car on a Saturday night from the dealership. The very next Friday the car is broken and in for service. After talking to several of the people I lost faith in the company as I could tell they were lying. I have audio recordings with story's changing and outright lies. They do not do anything but detail these cars using way to much polish inside the car. I found parts for the car in the glovebox within an hour of leaving the dealership. Today is Thursday as of today I have yet to hear from them this week. Tomorrow makes 1 full week I haven't had the car. Which will be longer then how long I had the car. I was told they go over there cars with a fine tooth comb and that they do everything they can to get people into a reliable car..... I was sold on reliable transportation to and from work. Something I didn't receive. $1000 my down payment could have gotten me a car off CL that would make it to and from work for longer than this car did. Shoot 1000 would get me a ride to and from work 6 days a week for 2months+. Again more than this car. I asked if they could switch me into a car of equal value... no we can't do that. This was a lie, this place is staffed by morally corrupt individuals. They will lie to you, and tell you anything you want to hear for you to purchase a vehicle from them. They claim no one else will finance you, and all this program shit. Then you find out that 512 credit score while not great is enough to get you financed just about anywhere. I paid my down payment in good faith, I have to pay more Saturday even though I haven't really gotten to use the car. JDByrider did not sell me a car in good faith, when the car is finally returned assuming there is no more BS which I'm sure there will be I'll be taking it to 2 different mechanics I know who I trust as JDB doesn't have my trust on anything. I was sold the car at 9pm at night after I was in the dealership for almost 4.5 hours and they made me sign that they gave me the opportunity to take it to a mechanic which what mechanic is opened that time of night on a Saturday. I certainly should have gone elsewhere, hindsight is 20/20. But dealerships like this should be shut down for ripping off honest hard working people. read more

My sales person Jeff was absolutely wonderful however everyone I encountered after him made me feel like a criminal not a customer. During the first year of my loan I had one late payment which I was treated like I was a wanted man. After calling them back and playing phone tag I was accused of avoiding their calls even if I'm at work they expect you to answer your phone I guess. Will and Damon made my decision easy to find another finance company so that's what I did and even then the harassment kept coming in the form of text messages and nasty voicemails. I'm not sure if this is common practice but I've never not felt like a valued customer by someone I was giving my hard earned money to. I sure they will troll this review and say just pay on time but even when dealing with the lost of my mom these caring individuals keep their tactics coming. I'm happy to say I will NEVER put myself in the position to ever deal with them again nor will I ever refer anyone to that company or dealership. They are spiteful , miserable people who seem to get off on trying to intimidate you and when that does not work they purposely try to sabotage you. There customer service suck big time. when you try to call in to ask for a payment arrangement they won't let you do it they don't care what your situation is. even after when purchasing the car they will tell you, you can make payment arrangements but don't believe a word they say.... This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever experienced in my life... the financing lady Trina is very unprofessional and she don't care what you have going on they will harass you and your family all day everyday if you are late for a payment.. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even people with the worst credit I believe you can find a car some place else with out the headache period..... DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! I'm not a person to write reviews at all but this really is a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone the way they work isn't right they are really in it for the money and they don't care how they get it.
