I've received total harrassment with emails, texts and up to 10 phone calls a day saying I owe them money when I didn't. The people I spoke with had terrible customer service. They would not listen nor help in any way despite the fact I had a case ID and an email that indicated I did not owe them money. I asked repeatedly to stop calling me and one lady said they would absolutely not until the money I supposedly "owed" them was paid. Any time I needed service they would say that it wasn't their problem and would not fix the unit. Honestly a complete joke.

On the phone with Reliance who calls the technician to see why he never showed up.....only to find out from the technician he was never booked in the first place. He was as surprised as we were!
