false pretexts !! , i agreed to use the service at advertised price 299.00 , now they are quoting triple 899 it as it is commercial and much simpler access and only 20 m of ducts their sales rep kept asking all question about access, parking , all of wich i answered correctly , easy 1st floor access , no basement no hidden duct , all apparent will never do business whith somenone with these practices read more

I can't say whether it was good or not. They did a job- their price was competitive- I got one photo of one area before they did the job and one of the same area after. I thought there'd be more but hey- I haven't got a clue. For all I know they cleaned the one spot only and that's that- I'd never know otherwise. I was under the impression they went to all vents and cleaned them -however I'm guessing not. My furnace wasn't working for several hours afterwards - turns out they didn't close the furnace properly, so it wouldn't work. Anyway- I can't honestly say if they were good or not. read more

Well, let's update this review. On Friday Feb. 28 I heard from the company 1Clean Air. They were concerned about what happened re getting the dryer vent cleaned, however it quickly became clear that they were more concerned about the one star review I had posted. They wanted the review taken down. After some discussion that if this issue was satisfactorily resolved i. e. Providing the service at the price quoted, i would post an update to the review that all had been resolved and i was happy with the work. The person on the phone told me that i would be contacted on Monday to rebook the dryer vent cleaning. I agreed when this was done I would remove the original review and update that all was satisfactorily resolved. No call on Monday. On Tuesday afternoon I did get a call from someone from the company again more concerned with wanting the review removed. I reiterated that once the issue was resolved, I would update the review that all had been resolved to our satisfaction. Again it was insisted that I should remove the review. Then i was told someone else would contact me about a resolution to this issue. I received a call on Wednesday afternoon and was essentially told that if I didn't remove the original review, they wouldn't even discuss a resolution. Again I said I would take care of the review and post an update, if and when the work was done. Well, this person became insistent just repeating that unless the review was removed, she would not schedule the work. My response was that I didn't trust the company to follow through if I removed the review without some resolution and then she just responded about removing the review again. So essentially this is blackmail...remove the review or they wouldn't discuss the situation at all. I cannot pretend that this situation did not happen as per the company wishes. She then said that this conversation was over. I told her I would UPDATE the review with all that had transpired over the past 4 days. I understand that this is a He Said/She Said situation but at this point I would not recommend this company at all. read more
