I was highly recommended to train with Jemil by my best friend. Jemil is vastly knowledgeable and very passionate in his field. He is very keen on clarification of information from nutrition to exercise. Each session with him is an opportunity to learn. In the first 3 months, I was able to heal properly from my knee injury. I started my gym journey late in life and have been training with Jemil for a while. He has really helped me lose weight by training but especially with his meal plan designed specifically for me! I was eating fast food meals with soda at least once a day and since training with him, I only drink soda once-twice a year! I have completely changed my way of eating due to him. I like that the gym he trains out of (Self Made Training Facility) is very clean and not overly crowded. He is constantly watching for correct form when performing exercises to avoid any injuries and I really believe that separates Jemil from the other trainers. His training has been even more instrumental to me as he is helping me rehabilitate my partially torn ACL and has adjusted my work out regimen to accommodate my recovery.
