It's still early so the crawfish were on the smaller side, which I expected, but the flavor was definitely there. I got 2 lbs of crawfish and the seasoning did not disappoint at all. Spicy, well coated, and full of flavor. I also got a side of red beans and rice, which was honestly a standout. Super flavorful, comforting, and one of my favorite parts of the meal. The fried pickles were another hit, perfectly crispy and a great appetizer. The atmosphere was chill and casual, perfect for grabbing a solo meal and just enjoying good seafood. Service was solid and food came out in a reasonable time. Overall, even with the crawfish being a little small (which is expected this early), the seasoning and sides made up for it. I'll definitely be back as the season goes on and the crawfish get bigger. The Boot is always a reliable spot when I'm craving good crawfish with bold flavor.
