I thought id leaving a positive review. I'm not sure who the manager is but she was nice enough to give me a free meal on my next visit, unfortunately i'm visiting from out of town so i probably won't really get the chance so i wanted to pay it forward and give that free meal to another party of 2(mom and son) who waited as long as i did but only had one free meal ticket. That way they get to enjoy. The food was decent it wasnt anything extraordinary, i would give it 7.5 out of 10(had tater tote, onion rings, and the works) If i lived in mesquite i would probably be back, the customer service even though it took 30 mins to get our food when they said 15-20 i really appreciated them with the kind gesture considering myself and the family next to me didnt even complain. Would recommend to a friend and would support local businesses like these any day of the week! They also even had karoke going on during a friday night. Great management. I dont usually leave reviews but i just had to say Thank you! -Jimmy read more

Super cute and clean. Excellent presentation by Cidea. I had a JC original. Nice hand formed seasoned patty. Hubby had a bacon cheeseburger. Looked tasty. Great sweet tea. Probably my favorite part is the pickles they offer located near the drinks. They look like break and butter pickles but they aren't. I chose the ones that looked spicy. The flavor was outstanding. Will definitely return. read more

Good burgers, little pricey but what I had for my child's meal was about $5 and he loved it. They have great bread and butter pickles. Also a bar with some adult drink specials. JC's also has a special sauce that was good on the fries. Definitely be back, fresh and clean place. Big dinosaur on the outdoor patio, a massive burger eating challenge and magnetic tic tack toe board on the wall makes this a good family business. read more

We have been here several times and it has always been very good. Today was very disappointing. My husband wanted avocado on his burger and after being charged a ridiculous amount to add extras, this is what he gets. read more

I work in the area and wanted a quick bite. A coworker and I decided to visit JC's Burger. We were greeted by a very cheerful lady (Cedia). She took our orders (Turkey burger was bomb.com) and as we waited, she came and checked on us. JC'S food is good but their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Cedia made sure we had what we needed the entire time we were there. Her personality is amazing and she made our experience at JC'S even better.. Thank you Cedia for making this gloomy day brighter.. Can't wait to taste those pickles (inside joke) Kudos to you Cedia ... You rock!!!! Kudos to JC's for hiring her!!!! read more

The reviews looked great. I ordered a $50 ticket 2 burgers 1 kids meal and 1 appetizer. I repeated my order 2 times to the person over the phone to confirm the order... Burgers were very very Dry. Both of them....one was a double meat....all 3 patties were over cooked one was actually charred to a crisp on one side. The orders were not correct. Asked for plain on one with bacon and Swiss I got it all the way with American no bacon. And UNSEASONED. The appetizer was supposed to have sour cream on the fries. There was none. I would have called and said something but what's the point I'm home already and there is a thunderstorm about to start.... Side note my baby said the hotdog was good...But she also occasionally eats her boogers so who knows.... It's hard to ruin a burger..BUT these guys managed to do so..... It's too expensive for them to mess up. My wife said let's go to five guys and I said no let's try here because of the reviews....Shoulda went to 5 Guys. read more

Loved the sliders! I will definitely come back. We got our order to go so I can't speak for the rest.

Better service less noise expand menu waiting area to crowded it's a nice place just not to my liking

The burgers here are great. Overall great taste, the sauce they have really compliments flavor. I usually try their turkey burger and patty is well seasoned. The onion rings and fries are also good to try. Everything I have ordered here so far has been great. Would deffinately recomend read more

Food was great- onion rings, salad, and a burger for my dad and me. The wait is just always so long. Just a little too long for me, but I keep coming back... read more

Overall the burgers were good but I was disappointed with the fact there was no sauce on any of the 3 I ordered, I haven't ever seen a restaurant serve dry burgers. When ordering to go make sure you tell them which preferred sauce because you not be asked and none will be added. Mushrooms could be better as well, they appear to come from a can and are not very well sautéed. Fruit cup consisted of 1 4 quartered strawberry and then just grapes, should just call it a cup of grapes on the menu. The fries were a bit disappointing since they were stacked on top of each other in a closed paper bag which caused them to become mushy and not sure why the curly fries are labeled as spicy since there was nothing spicy about them, just plain curly fries. read more

I've only been once but we got three meals. Tge salad box was about half full and both burgers were overcooked. Our loaded fries were delicious read more

Would give 0 if we could. Waited over 40 minutes for 2 burgers and the rest of our table had their food. No one cared that we have not received our food, neither did their manager. Also, with Me being in the service industry this is not acceptable. The customer service is terrible and not costumer or hospitality focused read more

3.5 stars really. It's counter service here. I had been craving a burger for my cheat meal, so my boyfriend and i decided to check this place out. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and I asked for added grilled onions. We shared large fries, and he got the patty melt. They have great customer service! Our food was good. They forgot my onions. Burgers weren't overly greasy and it wasn't falling apart or soggy. The thing was our food wasn't hot, which was a turnoff. It wasn't cold, but didn't have the fresh off the grill heat. I'm sure we'll be back since it's nearby. read more

I hear other people love it but I didn't. The avocado had turned! The wait was ridiculous and no apology for either. They "replaced" my burger but by that time my frys were cold. I didn't eat them and then asked for hot fries. I just asked if they could be warmed up and they were annoyed. When I finally had my complete order there was still avocado (the rotten one) stuck to the bun. Might try another location read more

Every time I've visited this place. The burgers have been consistently good. I had a burger in a bowl (basically burger salad) with the Juarez burger, and my kids enjoyed their bacon cheeseburgers and fries. Everything was hot and fresh. I will be coming back for more delicious food read more

I found this place on Yelp and the reviews weren't too bad so my husband and I came in this morning. This is a nice establishment. The young lady taking the food orders seem nervous, but she actually did alright (w/ customer service). The prices don't match the food. We spent $25 on 2 regular cheeseburgers (which I had to ask for another bun because mine was soggy), a large fry, and a regular drink (my husband is a water drinker). The restaurant offers free ice cream, but I wouldn't suggest you get any (it's not good and the chocolate wasn't chocolate at all). The young lady at the bar was very sweet! The service wasn't bad and the restuarant is nice, but this is a no for me dawg (Randy Jackson voice). read more

My second time and it was just as good as the first. I have no complaints on any of the food that we have had. I requested the onion rings to be a little well done and they didn't disappoint. Honestly the best burger I've had in awhile. Has that high school Friday night feel but with beer we will definitely be back read more

I had a black bean burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The burger was alright it came apart when I ate it. The sweet potato fries are tasty. The strawberry milkshake was an excellent choice (and I don't even like strawberry milkshakes that much). The dinosaur on the cup is an extra cute detail that made me go here cus who doesn't like dinosaurs! Patio seating is great on a Texas summer evening (just make sure it's dark already cus then you'll be sweating) read more

The only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because I can't leave zero, I've eaten here before, the first time it was fine. The second time I ate at the restaurant I ordered via ubereats and these people had the audacity to serve me a raw burger which gave me THE WORST food poisoning I have ever had in my life. As we came in we sat down and as I look up there is a white male wearing a wife beater blue in color, a multi colored hat in the cooking area drinking a drink while the manager just casually walks by. Last time I checked there was a uniform, no drinking in the food prep area, or has that changed? Too many kids walking around while the adult workers are assisting customers. read more
