I feel so polished again, my hair looks healthy, and I am so happy I found her! My hair will actually hold a style again and I get nonstop compliments. She also gives an amazing head massage. The salon is really pretty also and reception is super nice. Extra details: there is ample parking in the front of the salon. Do make an appointment in advance, and be sure to pre-book your next appt. I did see in one comments that someone had sticker shock about the pricing at this salon, and I think Allie is fairly priced for her talent. She also confirmed before starting the service of my first appt that I understood what their pricing is.

I went to my routine cut and like always there is two particular girls working there by the name Kailey and Pamela. All they did while I was there is record their TikTok's or whatever on their phones. They did not acknowledge I was there or were concerned about my privacy. Very unprofessional! What made it worse is they started to laugh and whisper things back and forth and I really believe they were making fun of me or what I was wearing. I left very uncomfortable and upset. Worst experience. I also came across a few videos online of them at the spa. This is a real concern as to others privacy and what can get recorded while being there. I don't recommend this place at all..

Just wanted to start by saying that I have had multiple 5 star experiences at Bellezza but this…read moretime fell a bit short as my deep tissue massage left more to be desired. Morgan was extremely sweet, some constructive criticism I have would be that the massage didn't feel very personalized to my anatomy/musculature and physical needs- pressure was light to medium and her technique was a lot of upward brushing and up and down scrubbing with her knuckles over very broad areas. With a deep tissue massage, I look forward to deeper pressure targeted towards working the knots in my muscles. This was more of a relaxation massage, which can be great, but when you're anticipating some relief it can be kind of a let down. Another thing would be offering a bolster to help body positioning, by the end of the massage my back was hurting pretty bad. I think they just have one massage therapist right now, but I would definitely try another therapist if they got one because I really enjoy Bellezza.

I had a big event coming up and I wanted to get my hair professionally done. On their website they say they do blowouts and styling but when I went to book online the only option was a cut and a style. I did not want to cut my hair. Two weeks before my event I called them about 5 times and went in once. I never got a call back and when I went in to book in person no one was at the desk. I waited for 10 minutes. The salon seemed empty. This place was the only option for where I could get my hair done as I did not have time in my day before the event to go somewhere farther.

Each day that goes by that they're not fixing this or refunding my money is getting a little more frustrating. I went in with a specific picture as specific cut and I walked out with something completely opposite of what I requested. First of all if she couldn't have done it she should have just said so. Secondly, I told her exactly what I wanted and she did exactly the opposite. I have so many points to make on this the ridiculous but who puts highlights on blonde hair when I asked for low lights? And how do you mess up a haircut and a color? I have talked to the manager at this location who's probably one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to and she had the audacity to say that I've had an issue there before so why am I coming back? That just makes you wonder if anyone knows what they're doing there. And she refused to refund my money and said that the district manager also agreed with this. Now this is the craziest thing it was $160 and when you see the picture you will know why I am so livid.

The stylist Angel mentioned that she has over 20 years of experience. During my consultation, I…read moreshared multiple pictures showing both the hairstyle and the different shades of color I was hoping to achieve. She repeatedly told me that she was 100% certain she could not achieve the shade I wanted because my natural hair is dark, and she also referenced my tan skin complexion as a reason. What is especially disappointing is that, after being told the color I wanted could not be achieved, my hair ultimately ended up approximately two shades lighter than the color I had originally requested. I also requested long layers and showed pictures of the hairstyle I wanted. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not what I requested and, in my opinion, was very poorly executed. After everything was completed, the stylist acknowledged that she may have misjudged or misread the shade in the pictures. She also told me that I could return if I was unhappy with the results. However, after spending over $500 on my hair and receiving neither the color nor the haircut I requested, I no longer feel comfortable or confident having the same stylist work on my hair again. I made every effort to clearly communicate what I wanted by providing multiple pictures, shades, and examples before and during the service. At no point did I feel that my requested color or hairstyle was truly taken into consideration. I am completely disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the amount of money I spent and the level of experience I was told the stylist had.
