He meets with clients himself, is reasonable in all of his dealings, and he tells it as it is. No fancy business store front and multiple staff you have to go through. It's just him and his installation team. I like that kind of business man. Anil came by our home and brought a vanload of samples and presented them transparently and perfectly. He even has a description of all his recommended turf in the back of the estimate; I love this because you can compare all of the turf specifications and I love that he leaves the samples for you to compare at your own pace and your own time. We had over 5 different quotes, but in the end, we went with Anil because his price could not be beat, he is LOCAL to the South County Area, and honestly I just really appreciated his no frills style. He's not coming in like a used care sales man but pretty much tells you how it is with his product. We have 3 other neighbors that have gone with him, so that shows you his track record. The installation went perfectly smooth, and I've done a lot of work on our house. I hate having to "be available" for contractors and their team. With Anil, we didn't worry about anything. We gave him our needs and special requests before installation and that was the end of it. His team was quick and efficient and definitely accommodating. In the end, we were glad we went with him and would recommend him to all of our friends, family and neighbor. We even referred our front neighbor to him and the completed her front yard the week after they completed ours. The pictures will speak for themselves. We went with the Denali 80 Turf - new pigmented technology so it is cooler in the heat. This is GREAT for our kids.

My lil furry baby likes relieving himself out there when I'm not looking (mostly pee, very rarely poo) but the culmination of it is starting to show on warmer days. I saw this local business pop up on google and they said they specialized in pet waste and artificial cleaning and reached out. They didn't have any reviews on Yelp so I was a little skeptical. However, Dean was super responsive and had his team out there cleaning it the next day as they had an opening. Not only does it look pristine but I no longer have to smell that urine smell. I'd definitely recommend them if you're in need of some turf cleaning. Dean was super down to earth and told me they've mostly been doing work from referrals which is why they don't have many reviews but they are quite busy with repeat customers since they also remove debris etc. I've heard from others they've tried many cleaners and gave up because the smell didn't go away and they were tired of empty promises so they were just going to rip it up and get new turf. Definitely something we do not want to do and glad we found this place. I'd jump on them now before they blow up. I'm so tired of hearing that it's a 2-3 month waitlist for any type of service and just happy I got this done before things heat up for the summer.

He did a couple of computerized renderings of our front yard, and we compared his ideas to my drawings, and wow, almost identical. The entire project took a mere 5 days. Even the neighbors were impressed especially with the high quality work. We had the entire front yard revamped and the driveway went from 2 car parking to 3 car parking with the walkways going from 3' to 6' with a new 6' walkway going from the house to the sidewalk. We reused all the existing plants we had, which saved us a bundle and look awesome in their new homes. Stephen had the crew run electrical conduit in case we changed our minds on path lighting. Good call! We changed our minds! So after the project was finished Stephen himself came out and put in the path lighting himself. After all said and done, I noticed that we had a problem with the sprinkler line under the side walk missing dirt. I texted Stephen and he immediately jumped into action to get the issue fix.
