As I write this, it's raining ... and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I'm now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over. Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself ... only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn't.
