They also don't do drug testing on their employees, because one of our installers was "high" during installation, and the manager had to come pick him up from the job site. In addition....... You installed my neighbor and my fence opening in April/May of 2020. Never use this man! He talks a good game about being a Christian, man of God, etc. Definitely a wolf in lambs clothing. We had to widen our fence opening in order to get our shed and RV 5th wheel to go through. He was referred by the company who installed my shed - they were excellent. As for Exterior Fence? I wouldn't let them build a dog house for me. The fence doors started warping within two months and is per pics in four! The wood looked cheap and was not smooth. I had a fence installed by another installer 4 years ago with hardly any warpage! You get what you pay for. He said we were getting a deal because we got him via another company. Really? I now have to pay for another fence opening. He also said my previous fence builder did the doors wrong. Really funny as we kept the doors and they are still not warped! Too bad they aren't wide enough! If u call him, you get BS. We tried leaving text messages and he said he would check it out in a few weeks...never showed, never called. And that was May of 2020! He has no business acumen...was constantly late or didn't show up. Always had an excuse. He was supposed to be at my home one day and just didn't show up. Finally I texted him - he said it was raining. I told him it wasn't raining where I live! He did not answer back. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this man. at the same time he did my doors, he also did my neighbors doors, She had hers redone as her small dog kept getting under her old fence. Now he just walks through the warped one! Mind you, even before it warped, he could get through as fence was too high above the ground. she called and texted as I did...no response. By the way Rachael D, here are 2 numbers I had to contact him: 770-376-7140 and 770-277-4725.

When it was time to communicate about getting an estimate and wanting to do work, he was very attentive. Once he received the money, then he was barely responsive. I am telling anyone who reads this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!! He will pretend to be attentive and convincing to giving you what you need and he will not. Trust and believe, this business is NOT worth your time and sanity. He had a 5 star rating and that must have been paid for by false statements. Trust and believe that what I am saying and others about him being a no show is true and factual. My husband has reached out to him several times and when he has responded, he noted the dates he would be there. First was 2/15, then 2/19, and then 2/23. He has been a no show and no communicate to explain why in advance. You will need to reach out to him and hope you get a response. Franklin, you are shameless and need to do better. To be a small black owned business, you make it hard for others to trust other black owned businesses since we put so much pressure on that owner and what we expect. I personally never had a bad experience with the black owned businesses that I have chosen. You were my husband's choice and this is his second time choosing a bad black owned business, so he is now no longer given that job. To anyone out there dealing with Franklin Salvege from Exterior Fence Builders, Inc., make sure you do your research on all of the options out there to read up on how this company operates. There site says they have been in business since 1988 and I am stuck on stupid on how that has been possible. Best to you because I saw other reports that sound exactly like mine about how Franklin operates and unfortunately, it is after the fact. Signed a pissed off and determined to get our money back soon to be ex-customer. Charlene

I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!
