DJ showed up on time (after an easy booking process) and busted his elbows for nearly 4 hours. It definitely shows. The car looks awesome, inside and out. As the car's filthiness crept to the point of no return, I quickly realized that I would never have enough free time (at least 3-4 uninterrupted hours) to properly clean and detail her car--especially since my weekends seem to be consumed by kiddie birthday parties and soccer practice/games. I made an appointment with Curbside Mobile Detailing and received a quick email confirmation for the appointment time. DJ also called me prior to his arrival so I was able to let our nanny know to expect him--a simple courtesy that was greatly appreciated since I couldn't meet him at our house on a work day. DJ spent at least 4 hours on the car and my wife's 6 year old, much abused SUV looks almost like new! He also paid special attention to the paint (black metallic), which was looking pretty tired with lots of swirl marks and light scratches. Amazing job. DO NOT DEAL! They…read morescratched my truck! I got my truck badly washed. Their workers were very rude with me. They refused to give me the receipt. I'm a professional truck driver, so I stopped there to get my truck "professionally washed". The guys there firstly were really nice and pledged to God, that I'd be happy with their work (I needed my truck to be washed either from the outside and under the hood). So guess what? I had to show them multiple times, where they missed! And instead of doing their job right they started to yell at me, saying that they are pro's and I'm an idiot! For example, Mr. MIKE squealed at me, after I pointed out to him that he and his guys didn't wash the outside of the cabin of my truck. He replied in a very rude and disrespectful manner, that he is not going to clean it, because his back hurts and demanded me to pay him $130 dollars right now. I payed him in full and asked for the phone of his supervisor, to that he pointed out to his truck with the printed phone number of the Office on it. Same day I called the Office and met with the rep. The lady said that they don't have any "special tools" to wash trucks! We walked around my truck and I showed her the scratch, all the missed spots, dirt, smashed bugs over my cabin and other sh*t they left. She nicely ignored me and refused to either get the job done right, or give me the receipt, or my money back, saying that she will contact me soon. Right now they blacklisted my phone number.
