Blue sky is a bit pricey but the roof skylight really does allow more light to get through. The service was done as requested.

I had been a long time Moo Moo monthly wash customer, so never tried this place until today. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great wash I had for $7 (compared with Moo Moo's $5 wash). I liked that the brushes were made of a towel-like material and they had free vacuums use. There were lots available and easy parking to take care of you car. read more

Never trust this place. Went there for car wash in June 1, 2024 and was told that they were running a special for $20 for the month. I bought in because I was going to pay around that for the single wash and I was going to be in town a couple of more times in the month. They failed to tell me that it was going to be a ongoing subscription that I would be charged automatically $39/month. I don't even live in Columbus, why would I do that? Very deceptive practice. So I would be very careful letting these people swipe your credit card. read more

Pretty decent drive thru car wash. Locally owned family business. Generally operated by local high school students that may not always be paying attention. Never had any problems running my car through. Prices now range from $8 for an Express version up to $20 for their "Ceramic" version. They only accept credit cards these days; NO cash! Differences is largely what all is sprayed on your car for cleaning detergents and wax. Location is much easier access off of Sawmill compared to other local drive through. Several vacuum stations available (many more than other car washes). They offer monthly, automatic subscriptions which range from $19 to $49, but I personally don't use it enough to warrant one of their plans. You'd have to use it three times every month to come out ahead. read more

Part of the front of my car broke off. It showed that it happened in their car wash with their camera. They wouldn't do anything about it.

Monthly plan is only for 1 car per household. Competitors allows 2 per household. We have 5 cars. You can do the math. The only reason I switched to blue sky was for proximity to home. Statistically they still make $ if they let a couple share the plan. There's just no way I'm paying $40+ a month for mediocre at best car washes. Took car to Blue Sky Car Wash yesterday. I would not recommend going there. Went thru and came out with a broken windshield. Of course, BSCW said wasn't their fault and won't pay a nickel. Only thing I can do is place them on my "Do not go list"! I recommend same to you. Lots of car washes out there that have never caused me an issue. Always something! I've gone here twice and paid for the $20 wash each time, which includes wax and clear coat. Both times I've gottwn neither one and my car is barely clean. I think no matter what you pay, you get the bare minimum wash. Waste of money, Moo Moo is cheaper and gets your car clean. read more

We wash a lot of cars in our family and for the most part, Blue Sky is a nice experience. One word of caution....do not take a high end low profile car through. I suspected that they had damaged my car several months ago but I didn't catch the damage until I arrived home and couldn't be sure it was caused by the car wash. I had the damage repaired and, lo and behold, it got damaged again. This time I identified it their lot. Paul, the site manager did a great job taking the report, etc.. 'Management' was very quick to respond, informing me that I should read the sign before going through their wash. Basically, they absolve themselves of any liability if your car has ever been repaired (even if they caused the damage in the first place!). Do yourself a favor and don't risk it if you have a nice, lower profile car. Nice product, bad management. read more

I visited their location today as I have many times in the past. When I returned home my husband immediately spotted tons of scratches all along the top of my less than a year old vehicle. The owners are claiming no responsibility and state that the scratches we due to snow brushes. These are deep scratches on a vehicle that brushes are not used on. If you like your vehicle, avoid this business unless you don't care about your finish and spending thousands in repairs. read more

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. My car was damaged at this car wash....after reading other reviews I see a lot of people have had similar incidents. As I was sitting in my car with 3 other family members we literally heard the frame around the tire being ripped off. Of course they assume no responsibility and "claim" the damage was done prior to entering....eye roll" . The manager is useless! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Moo Moo is wayyyy better!! Blah, Blah to your response! Of course you will blame it on a pre existing condition! The car is BRAND new and no my son is 12 and never stated to you or anyone that the issue existed. I had my car for not even 2 weeks before I got a wash from here. After the wash, I dried it using hand towels. As I was drying, I noticed 2 scratches on my hood and I know for a fact these were not on here before. I filed a claim and the manager just get trying to argue, and circled the "scratches" they think were there before (not even in the same spot the actual scratches are). I was telling my friend about what happened and she stated she has scratches all over her hood from the same car wash. I wouldn't trust them! read more

Horrible customer service. My son had a monthly unlimited membership, which was canceled due to non-use. Several months later he went to the car wash to buy an individual wash and when he swiped his credit Blue Sky automatically reactivated his membership without his consent. The membership fee was charged for several months before being discovered. Blue Sky acknowledged that the reactivation was was confusing and was likely done by mistake and without my son's knowledge. Despite this, Blue Sky refused to refund the charges. Please be aware that deceptive practices are being used and when errors are discovered, Blue Sky won't stand up and do the right thing. What has happened to customer service in our country? We were loyal customers and had monthly memberships for my wife and I, but we will never use Blue Sky again. I would urge you to stop using Blue Sky. I've never reviewed a business before, but wanted to share this horrible experience. read more

Great wash and great service! We've been going to this location almost every week for a few years and have had great experiences! We love that you can use the de-bugging brushes prior to entering, the wash is one of the best in town, and the vacuums are great! They also have a few bonus items like floor mat machines, which do a great job getting our mats clean! I can say their service has been great as well. 1. One time my son was helping me vacuum and he vacuumed up something that shouldn't have been, and one of the employees quickly and kindly came out and checked the vacuum bin. 2. We temporarily stopped our membership when they reopened after being closed for covid, and they were very quick and nice about pausing our membership. I think the cleanliness of my vehicle after the wash is much better here than other places, and I like the softer clothes used here vs. the hard plastic "scrubbers" used at some of the places, which scratch my clear coat. I definitely recommend Blue Sky! read more

To start, I have a small car (Toyota Corolla) and have never had problems mentioned by other reviewers in terms of car damage. I have also taken a Honda CRV through many times with no trouble. Damage to cars may be on wider bodies. I have gone to both this location and the one in Lewis Center for years and love it. The monthly plan is convenient; you get an RFID sticker that goes on your windshield corner and you drive up to the auto-cashier lane, it reads your tag, you drive on in . I definitely get my money's worth with all the dust in the summer from Powell construction sites, and in the winter with salt. I went through a MooMoo once and will never go back - their soap has an overwhelming, fake, bad fragrance that comes in even with vents turned off and closed. No such complaint with Blue Sky's soap. Other reviewers seem to have bad experiences with scratches or torn off car pieces, but it's never been a problem for me. I'll keep paying my monthly plan and going through regularly. read more

I went in with a very salty car and it came out the other side shining. There might be better value car washes but this place was clean, new and efficient. Your entire car goes on a conveyor belt which is nice too. They have free vacuums as well. read more

This place is outstanding. I've used Moo Moo and previously was a Touch of Class (now "Buckeye Car Wash") customer for years. Moo Moo is ok if you want to wait in line and have limited space for vacuuming/drying. I have higher end cars and have never had scratch or damage issues, so take those reviews with a "grain of salt".....total BS. If you want a quality, super efficient experience, at a reasonable price, skip the lines at Moo Moo and pay an extra $1 for Blue Sky. read more

Please do not risk visiting this car wash. This is a terrible place. My car was damaged and they are not accepting responsibility. I saw the other review indicating that they will not accept responsibility if you make the repairs, so I haven't repaired yet. And the worker at the car wash said it was not an expensive repair. But they will still not take responsibility. To explain: My fender liner was ripped from my car's wheel well. For those who don't know because I didn't, the fender liner is not part of the "fender". It is the plastic lining that runs above the tires. It's not part of what I thought was the fender. It was perfectly fine entering the car wash based on photos they provided, but was ripped out of the wheel area making the car undrivable. the hard plastic liner was dragging on the road. We had to cut the liner form the vehicle and need to replace it. I did have a small dent on the front (bumper) of my car. The dent is not attached nor connected to the part of my car that was damaged. Our report was very clear and included photos of damage. the owner replied that my car was already damaged and sent photos with the bumper dent circled. I replied explaining that this was not the damaged part was elsewhere on the car and not related to the dent. I did not receive any response so called the store. Alas Amy is the owner, so her denial is final. I don't know why their car wash is so damaging. I've had this and other cars washed at other places many times and never had damage. read more

The BEST automatic car wash I've been too. As an auto detailer my self I am always aware of car washes around me. After visiting blue sky I purchased their monthly plan for the winter. The customer service is curteous and kind. The car wash itself has very soft materials that don't scratch my car and has plenty of soap and water to do the job. Blue Sky provides a good service of washing cars and provides nice self service vacuum service outside of the wash. Beware however of potential damage caused the brushes and/or drying blowers as a piece of trim was ripped from my car. A incident report was taken by an employee at the time and management responded approximately 1 week later citing the sign outside warning of potential damage. Blue Sky abdicated all responsibility and were not accountable whatsoever. Not a bad advertised price for a car wash but turned out to be quite expensive! read more

I went to Blue Sky Car Wash for the first time today. It was on the way to where I was going so I figured why not. After the car wash, when I stopped to use the free vacuums, I notices scratches all over the car. On the hood, the roof, the rear spoiler, everywhere. It is going to take me some time to buff out all of these scratches. Oddest of all was the cracked hub cap on the right front tire. How does that happen? The service and speed was fast and nice, the scratches not so much. read more
