Stepan (pronounced Stephan) is the owner and he's a local guy. The effort he puts into keep a clean shop and keeping his customers happy is very obvious - it's easy to see his gifts as a business owner and barber. They also are the only ones in the area to sell Layright hair products and lower than you can get on Amazon. I've been to all the local barbers over the last few years and these guys are a cut above. I don't want to tell you who gives the best haircut because she's always so busy and it's hard to get an appointment - but she deserves all the praise. So if you got get Masha. They're all fantastic but Masha can do a fade and a straight razor shave like she grew up in downtown Chicago. She makes me so damn handsome. I have had 3 different people cut my hair so i think its safe to say all their barbers are great. Everywhere else i have paid between $14-$18 for the chains and $20-$28 at the nicer salons....For bad results. Here, it costs me $18 for freaking gold! If the perfect cuts and reasonable prices weren't enough, this place is filled with patriotic employees who support our troops. From the flag hanging to the service paraphernalia adorning the walls, i really feel great getting a cut here and have no intentions of bringing my business elsewhere if i can help it. I suggest you make an appointment just to be safe but i have walked in and sat down right away, they tend to get busy sometimes....i think the word is out :)

From cut, color, blow outs and highlights, the work is simply terrific. I'm there every four weeks and every time I sit in the salon, I look at every chair and every head of hair looks gorgeous.
