We have 2 beagles, and we wanted to have a well-manicured outdoor space that was: 1) pet-friendly and safe; 2) doesn't have pet odors; 3) stays clean and usable throughout Houston's ever-changing weather; and 4) could drain off Houston's frequent intense rainfall events. We were particularly interested in their K9 artificial turf options, and I can say with confidence that the final installed result exceeded expectations. We dealt with Jason and Greyson Guidry (father and son), who were great for the entire process. Their ForeverLawn Houston Team took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and preferences, including investigating our site drainage and working to ensure they had a comprehensive drainage plan before beginning. They carefully measured everything and provided new plan drawings until we had arrived at exactly what we wanted. This included a new fence, hardscape in portions of the back and side yard, the K9 artificial turf, and new landscape lighting. We were happy to have their expert guidance throughout the entire process. They paid close attention to the site preparation, ensuring that the ground was properly graded for positive drainage, a crucial factor in maintaining the longevity and appearance of the artificial turf. Their team of landscapers dug out our existing yard (mostly by hand), brought in the turf underlay The installation itself was carried out with meticulous care, and the final product is outstanding. The K9 artificial turf they installed looks and feels incredibly realistic, with a soft and resilient surface that is perfect for both pets and family activities. I am particularly impressed with how the turf held up to Hurricane Beryl (we had over 14" of rain at our home in about 36 hours). In the past, this amount of rain would have generated a giant mud pit in our backyard, which would take weeks to dry out. During Beryl, however, we literally had no standing water in our yard. And…read morethey called me back within about 15 minutes, I sent them some pictures and they gave me an estimate over email within 30 minutes, I excepted there price and they were at my house at 1:00 pm on Monday (the exact time they said they would be here). They cleaned up a huge Oak tree and 3 other smaller trees and were done by 3:30. They cleaned up better than when they got there. Would highly recommend this 27 year old company and I will be using them again.

had two ceiling fans installed and a few recessed lights added in the living room. the electrician…read moredid a great job, the fans are balanced and quiet and the recessed lights are evenly spaced and on a dimmer. he was careful cutting into the ceiling and cleaned up the drywall dust. wiring was neat and everything was tested before he left. took most of the day for all of it. good value for the amount of work. professional and tidy. took a bit longer than the estimate but the results were worth it. happy with how it all turned out.

Panel upgrade from the old fuse box to a modern breaker panel. Big job but The tech handled it…read morereally well. New panel is neat, properly labeled, has room for future circuits. He installed AFCI breakers in the bedrooms per code. Power was off about 4 hours which seemed reasonable. There was some drywall dust from cutting the new panel opening but he swept most of it up. We added on work and had them replace our other recessed lighting downstairs that was dated, install a new & upgraded electric panel, install a generator bypass switch and plug into the panel, and fix the previous owner's diy electrical work in the garage to make it safer.
