I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Well a month goes by and the vehicle just starts falling apart everything that can fail other than the motor and transmission has failed, thermostat, water pump, throttle body, accelerator pedal, battery, and the list goes on. I took it to a couple shops to get quotes to get the truck back up and running safely on the road and I'm looking 5-10k in potential repairs so now I'm stuck with a 20k paperweight. When I called gates to let them know about the issues the owner continues to tell me, " man I'm sorry I knew those dodges have problems and that I probably shouldn't have risked buying this one but it is as is so sorry buddy" I would not recommend this dealership to anybody ever! Mitchell discussed the cost of repair vs replacement and I chose repair since the damage was minimal and the car is 7 years old. They went above and beyond with service. They repaired the bumper so it looks brand new but they also took care of other scratches that have happened through the years. They detailed the exterior and interior of the car so it was looking shiny and new when I picked it up. Mitchell ran a carfax report to see if there were any recalls on my make and model car. They auction cars, do the bare minimum to make them look "fixed," then sell them for profit. The very first day I bought my car, it broke down. I didn't have it for a week. They claimed to fix the issue, but the same problem came back. Recently, they "fixed" my car again, added extra work I never asked for, and tried to charge me for it. Even after all that, my car is still breaking down. On top of that, I strongly feel like something was stolen from my car while it was in their possession. Whether it was shoes or other belongings, things went missing. Do not buy a car from this place. Once they get your money, they do not care about you. I met the owner, Hussam Allo, at the cleanest, nicest looking establishment in the area and noticed upon entry some pretty nice cars on the lot. The vehicle in question was amazingly clean and confirmed to be mechanically tight by a couple of my mechanic friends, with the exception of sloppy front end, which I later learned and confirmed Hussam corrected at substantial effort and expense. The deal later concluded with a successful sale at a fair price on a fairly exotic specialty vehicle. Hussam had no problem with the car going to my friend's shop, produced CarFax docs, repair records, geographical and flood history that was confirmed. A man of his word, he operates with his wife, a clean and reputable auto brokering business that I would recommend for consideration. One more tip-of-the-hat to the small business man making' it and providing a valuable service in the community.
