I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. Mitchell discussed the cost of repair vs replacement and I chose repair since the damage was minimal and the car is 7 years old. They went above and beyond with service. They repaired the bumper so it looks brand new but they also took care of other scratches that have happened through the years. They detailed the exterior and interior of the car so it was looking shiny and new when I picked it up. Mitchell ran a carfax report to see if there were any recalls on my make and model car. All of that and my final bill was less than their estimate. Superb service and honesty. I cannot recommend this team enough.

My wife and I were looking for a used car. After scouring the internet for a few days and…read moreresearching we came across an awesome find, a 1989 Chevy Suburban. It was in great condition for the age, just a few minor blemishes. Sure, it didn't have the modern conveniences that a new car had, but what it lacked there it made up for in solid, 1980's steel, American made bad ass power. Too good to be true? We headed to Success to see for ourselves. Turned out the listing was 100% accurate. They quickly let us test drive it and told us all about it from the technical specs to everything they'd found when giving it a thorough check. Their honesty and transparency won us over and we were sold. This is literally a family business, they are hands on in everything. From acquiring cars, to mechanical work, to sales. This helps to keep their prices fair. They even offered to do any mechanical work in the future if we should need it and offered their help if we needed to find/replace parts. I've waited in writing this so I could share how the car has held up and it has been perfect. We have had her for 3 months and have had 0 mechanical issues at all, 0. There are minor cosmetic things associated with a car that is nearly 30 years old, but nothing that I can't do myself (and I'm no mechanic). She is a hardworking beast and I love her. I highly recommend Success Auto if you're looking for a good deal on a used car. I'd much rather give my money to a local, small business rather than a large chain/corporation and these guys are more than deserving!

Suspicious trial lawyer that I am, I may have had preconceptions. I met the owner, Hussam Allo, at the cleanest, nicest looking establishment in the area and noticed upon entry some pretty nice cars on the lot. The vehicle in question was amazingly clean and confirmed to be mechanically tight by a couple of my mechanic friends, with the exception of sloppy front end, which I later learned and confirmed Hussam corrected at substantial effort and expense. The deal later concluded with a successful sale at a fair price on a fairly exotic specialty vehicle. Hussam had no problem with the car going to my friend's shop, produced CarFax docs, repair records, geographical and flood history that was confirmed. A man of his word, he operates with his wife, a clean and reputable auto brokering business that I would recommend for consideration.
