I saw Employee already Printed the Label but she hadn't peeled it from sticker paper yet. I saw her being distracted to talk to another male customer while I left OfficeMax. I checked ID tracking about the package still being in the USPS facility and delivered by Dec 27 but unfortunately, on Dec 27 that package did not get out for delivery. I was worried when I thought it was lost or stolen. But the next morning Saturday, I found my package had returned to my home, not to my friend's home. I discovered that the printed Label was missing on both sides of my package and that she forgot to put it on my package. So deeply DISAPPOINTED that she failed to put a printed label on it. It's TOO LATE and I already demanded a FULL REFUND back then I went to another delivery service building, not OfficeMax to send the package to my friend. Her service is TERRIBLE, because of her lack of awareness of important objectives and checking packages. I think She forgot to put an important Label printed on my package after talking with the male customer and she put the package on the Delivery shelf that she was not aware of the printed Label still on my package. I won't bring any future packages to OfficeMax for sending anymore FOREVER!!!!!! I didn't trust the delivery service at OfficeMax!! I DON'T RECOMMENDED THAT!!

There's mostly office supplies to be found here like chairs, desks, computer screens and desktops, filing cabinets, etc., but there's also random stuff like a barbecue grill and old vinyl records going for $3. If garage sale hunting or thrift purveying is your type of thing, you have got to check this place out. According to the guy in charge, they get different random stuff in all the time. The employees are super friendly, chill dudes. And yes, you can haggle! One thing to note: items are sold as is. You're welcome to plug in equipment and test it before buying though. At times, I was even receiving mail from other states that clearly didn't belong to me, which raises serious concerns about how things are being handled and sorted. Whenever I tried to ask about it, the staff seemed disconnected and not very engaged in resolving the issue. It didn't feel like there was a strong system in place to track or manage customers' mail accurately. To be fair, the support through iPostal1 itself was helpful -- but the execution at this location didn't match that experience. At the end of the day, handling mail requires accuracy and accountability. Either the system needs to be improved, or it needs to be removed completely. I've decided to discontinue my service here because it just doesn't feel reliable.

I was having issues with my printer and Bud the salesman told me that if I used their ink all cartridges had to be their product for it to work because of a micro chip. Changed out all of the ink and still my printer would not print black. I was getting frustrated with him because he never kept his word. NO calls when promised, only empty promises. Was going to have the tech guy call and he actually called me back and I answered and he stated that I should throw all their ink away and HAVE A GOOD DAY. Do not get suckered in like I did. A week later I'm checking to see if Amazon issued my return yet and it only shows that 2 out of the 6 items I brought to this UPS were scanned in and in route back to the warehouse for return. So it in fact was not fine because she did not scan all of my items. Again, I asked if she needed to scan all of the QR codes and she said no. So now I have to contact Amazon and resolve this with them. It's an inconvenience and an issue that could have been avoided if she took the time to scan all of the QR codes.
