3RD 5-STAR REVIEW: I…read morewas driving past Stereo1 which is not typical for me, so I decided to stop and try to negotiate a deal with Sam relating to a past job on my 1st Highlander, and a new job on my 2nd Highlander. Sam is still on vacay, but Zack and Alex are still around really holding down the fort with warmth and kindness. It was truly a pleasure chatting with them again. It made my day when Alex said my name without me saying it I was shocked that he remembered my name from the past They heard me out, they carefully listened, we chatted, had a good time working out a VERY FAIR DEAL ‍ I gave them my number, and asked they call me when the components arrived. I was looking forward to seeing them again for one more job. As it turns out, I found what I want used for much cheaper from a trusted source. This was unlikely and unexpected, but I can't pass up the savings. I was going to give these guys one more 5-star review, because the install would've been clean and professional, the support would be attentive and outstanding, and the price was MORE THAN FAIR MY BIGGEST FEAR IS GETTING RIPPED OFF BUT THESE GUYS ARE MORE THAN FAIR AND THEY ARE KIND AND WARM AND NICE GUYS. Thank you Sam, Alex and Zack. 5-Stars.

I got great service from Mel at front desk, and then the owner himself Stephan proved to be so knowledgeable and experienced. And I enjoyed chatting with Stephan about things we can do with my Highlander Hybrid's stereo. I was under the impression that I was not about to add anything else to my stereo, but I was happy to hear this team can really make some magic happen. I am looking forward to returning for all of my car stereo and dash cam needs (dash cam purchased online).

After having the front two windows done and allowing the appropriate amount of time for the tint to cure (about a week, with the car in the sun), I noticed a few bubbles in the main and 1/4 windows of the drivers side. Right around this same time, COVID strikes and everyone is on lockdown here in LA County. Awesome ‍ The imperfections weren't huge, but I knew they were there and it was a new car so it bugged me more than I'm willing to admit. Fast forward to July and I felt safe enough to venture out. I called Jay on Monday and he was able to fit me in this morning. He re-did the bubbled tint free of charge and was as courteous and professional and even more meticulous. While it did take a 2nd trip, Jay did what he had to to make it right and keep a customer happy. Thank you Jay! But last week I took in my two year old Rivian with 40k miles. I simply wanted a ceramic coating because I've started doing a little light off roading and I want more paint protection. My car looks brand new. Literally, people online think the picture is a brand new Rivian, not one that's two years old. Aside from the paint looking brand new. They cleaned and dressed all of the plastic trim. They cleaned all the door jams as well. My car literally had dirt and grime in every nook and cranny. I think I'm going to have to visit Diamond Auto Salon sooner rather than later for my next new car. As a side note, when I dropped off. They were finishing a beautiful Rolls Royce. I inquired, they did a full wrap and color change on it. I'm more than impressed.
