My 73 year old mother and I visited the store on Friday July 16, 2021 and I was astonished that the AC in the store was STILL not working. They had two large floor fans in the store but unless you were standing in front of them, you could not feel the air; much less it was circulating hot air in the store. The store should be shut down to due health concerns. They obviously do not care about their employees as well. Having them work in those conditions with small fans. I spoke with the employees and none of them were happy working in the store due to the heat, but as they stated "I need a paycheck", so I can understand and I sympathize with them. I am assuming the business can not be thriving due to the broken AC as there were not many people in the store. The only reason I shopped in the store was because I needed a few things for my house, and since I was there I figured I might as well grab what I can. By the time I was done shopping my hair was wet and my clothes stuck to my body. My mother had to stay by the fan for the air due to her having COPD. I will NEVER shop in Roses store at this location again. I am in search of another location!

This store is like many other stores in middle class neighborhoods that are slowly declining into a lower income bracket, but that's nothing to be afraid of. I went in to use the bathroom because, yet again, I was on a Garrison Brothers job where I couldn't access a bathroom. We do a lot of jobs at people's homes, so it's not like I expect to be let inside, or for their house to be accessible. My own family wouldn't make their homes accessible to me, so I have very low expectations when it comes to accessibility that isnt mandated by law. You need to be let into the bathroom. There's a keypad lock. I started doing the peepee dance while I waited for someone to open the door. I cannot stand having my body functions controlled by strangers who could not give less of a fuck about someone else's pain. Locking bathroom doors is a ridiculous practice. Customers only is a ridiculous practice. People have to use the bathroom. It's a body function. If we fail to let people take care of their business with some dignity then we cannot be surprised when people pee in alleyways, drop a squat in public. They're left with little choice. We force people to act like animals and then hold it against them. That's appalling. The bathroom was clean and roomy, but I won't go back there, if I'm ever on a job in that neighborhood again, simply because I was forced to endure pain in order to fit into someone else's schedule. I won't do that to myself.

Their marketing director, Brianna she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with, gaslighting me the entire time and being over bearing, PETTY AND narcissistic on everything their retail manger Chris tried to do to support the sale and product placement. Hands down one of the worst marketing departments I've ever dealt with in 25 years that I've been in business in marketing. Her personal ego is more important than servicing the vendors and actually marketing the products they sell. I should have known something was up by the high turnover rate of employees because that is a big sign that a company does not have high morale. As a small business, they did not pay for the product after three weeks of waiting for the invoice to be paid and I think that's probably the most discouraging part of the process. I don't feel like they respected my business enough to pay for the product in a timely manner, and I also believe that this was partly due to Brianna's treatment of my brand in particular. Ultimately, they went in my mind on the surface from being one of the best to one of the worst dispensaries I've ever had to encounter in the time I've been in business with them. She (Brianna) even went so far today to write me an email telling me she took my product off the shelf.
