Groups are generally small and everyone is welcoming. While there are some super-fit people, the majority of the members are working on their fitness goals and come in all shapes and sizes. You will enjoy his little "nuggets" of inspiration like, "There is no progress without process" while you're running at incline 5/6mph, makes you want to push yourself harder to achieve your goal. That made me think days after class and how losing weight or just getting healthy is a journey and what we put into it, is what we get out of it. If you put your all into every class you take, then you are guaranteed to get over 500 calories burned within 1 hour but it depends on how hard you try. How bad do you really want it?!
