Okay, I can't post my photos here, but ladies...coming from a Level I PoleKitten, THIS is the class you want to take. Talk about a sexy, fun time either by yourself or with a group. It doesn't matter! I signed up solo just to check it out, and by the end of the first class had made a new friend that stuck with me through the end. If you have ever wanted to try pole dancing, this is absolutely one of the best introductions I can imagine you experiencing. Talk about a judgment-free zone where you can just have fun, explore your sexy, and laugh at your mistakes! You go home every class having learned a new skill to test out, and by the end of the series, you've got a whole sexy routine that'll stop a man dead in his tracks and make him empty his wallet. The classes come with a pair of shoes (never got mine, sadly, because they didn't have my size), and if you're lucky you can sit and watch one of the advanced classes (I.e. professional dancers). I saw a girl climb a pole to the top of the room, touch the ceiling, and slide down like an angel. It was breathtaking. It truly doesn't matter how big or small you are, it's all about your attitude. If you WANT to do it, you 100% can. The last class we were encouraged to get all dolled up for our final performance and pictures, but to tell you the truth, if I had it to do all over again I'd just dress like a stripper for EVERY CLASS and throw myself into the role without holding back. Run...don't walk...in your stripper heels no less...to sign up for a class or two. Solo or with some friends, you can't go wrong. And don't hang out at the back of the room. Claim a pole front and center, and just GET INTO IT! read more

Dropped off my daughter's Bachelorette party here for the start of an evening of fun. They all came out of their class displeased and down. Instructor gave the strong impression she didn't want to be there and was borderline rude to the group. All these girls chipped in on the the nights events and everyone agreed they did not get their money's worth from Pole Kittens. read more

Are you looking to find your sexy? Whelp, I've been working out here for around 2 years now. And like, I'm bitter. Cause she makes me work out. Like. First, we start with doing some warm ups, which I whine about, while she kicks my butt. Then, I do some spins, where I'm politely reminded that if I'm going to fall on my derriere with a loud kerplop, the least I could do is make it sexy. Then I'm driven to slide and lift my body weight up and down a pole. Followed by an adorable moment where I string it altogether and try to keep it sexy, while I feel like a pompous poodle wearing short-shorts, before I do some sexy somersaults. Then, once I'm sexy, and cute, by which I mean sweaty and flopped onto the floor, it's time for conditioning, where in, I politely wait for whichever region of my body we've elected to work on today to lose all sense of feeling. Which never quite happens. Then we close with some pleasant yoga stretches, which often make you moan like you've just had an exciting sexual encounter because I get to stretch out my arms. Is it fun? Yes. Should you do it? Sure. Is the teacher here the kind of sadistic but charming coach that will drive you to the pique of what you think you can do and then smile and congratulate you? Yep. Should you perhaps be a little sadistic with your workouts for this to be a good fit for you? I mean, you do you boo. Advice: Fall on your butt. It's fun. I promise. Go to a class, everyone there is gonna feel equally awkward as they fall on their butt. You gotta have a sense of humor about it. Lastly, have fun. Life's too short too do a work out you hate every day. Pick one like this one where I never wake up thinking, waaaahhh, I don't wanna work out today. I think, I wonder which part of me is gonna regret this tomorrow. Meh, that's tomorrow's problem. read more

Love, love, love! I took my first class at pole kittens and it was so much fun and I can't wait for next week. I was so nervous when I was driving to the class and I wasn't sure what to expect. Our instructor Angie made sure everyone was comfortable and explained everything very well. The routine we are learning makes me feel confident and powerful, I've learned spinning around the pole is probably the most fun thing I've ever done. I totally recommend at least trying these classes, don't be shy no one will judge you at pole kittens. Usher doesn't mind and neither does any of the other girls dancing :) (sorry I had to do it). Every woman should feel beautiful and happy with themselves. I'm excited for next week and oh by the way pretty much every muscle in my body is sore! That was an amazing workout but the best part is you don't know you're actually working out until you're finished because it is so much fun! read more

The best fitness classes I've ever taken! Seriously, it's so fun you won't even know you're working out, and it's a huge confidence booster. There's a good variety of classes for all levels and instructors are very supportive, welcoming, helpful, and motivating. Pricing is very reasonable. Having taken lessons at other pole studios, I can vouch for the fact that Pole Kittens is the real deal. The instructors are approachable and friendly and the atmosphere unintimidating. Most importantly, the instructors have been training for years, they make safety a priority, and they're well suited to teach the pole-curious novice to the most advanced dancers. The best part about Pole Kittens as opposed to other experiences I've had is that you can move at your own pace. The instructors do not rush you through learning and class sizes are small so you get a great deal of individual attention. The class schedules are constantly being revamped, adding fresh, exciting opportunities to learn. I've excelled in my pole training and made tons of new friends in the process. I would recommend Pole Kittens to anyone looking for a fun way to get fit, learn or advance her skills, and to express and challenge herself. I've tried the rest....and there's no place like Pole Kittens read more

I recently booked a bachelorette party for my sister. Booking the party was a breeze. The studio uses the Mind Body Online system which a lot of fitness studios use. I was able to book the party on-line, tour the studio and submit my deposit in 10 minutes flat without talking to a single person or leaving my computer. We had an absolute blast . Victoria was our instructor and she provided guidance that fit each girl's fitness and comfort level. By the end of the class it was evident that everyone in the party was feeling SEXY. We also truly learned basic pole moves. It was a great way to start the night before we went out for more fun. The lounge area was very comfortable which allowed us to settle in for the class and also change for Part II of our big night. I definitely recommend this place for bachelorette parties. We had a blast! read more

Going to PoleKittens was the best thing I ever did for myself. I feel stronger and more confident. After trying so many different workouts, this is the right fit for me. I hated going to the gym, I hated working out at home... Basically I hated working out for the sake of working out. I would get "motivated" and go to the gym a couple of times and then stop. But at PoleKittens, you are having such a great time that you forget that you are working out! This is something I have been able to keep up for over 3 years now! Every woman owes it to herself to try it out! read more

I have been going here for about a year now and I have to say this is the most fun I've ever had at a work out class! I have enjoyed all of the classes they have to offer and I look forward to booking my bachelorette party here! read more

I booked a party online for my friends bachelorette using their website. It said the date and time we needed were available and charged me the $100 deposit. The next week after we had already told the girls the party plans they emailed me and said they actually weren't available at that time and it was a mistake on their site. Fortunately they did mail me a check to pay back the deposit, but we had to disappoint a large group of girls and re plan the whole day. read more

I recently moved to the tri state area. I have been working out on a pole for years and I have one at home. I found pole kittens via google. I called several times and left messages inquiring about classes. No one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. Finally, I was able to get a sitter and leave work early enough to make a class. So I decided to just show up. BIG MISTAKE. I arrived and was very swiftly informed by the instructor that they did not take walk ins. She didnt ask if I wanted to stay and watch a few minutes of the class to see if I could perform at the level of the other students or maybe i might like to come back another time. She didn't suggest an alternative class I could try. She did suggest I try Bella Forza pole studio instead. Which I did and I had a much better customer service experience at Bella Forza. Pole Kittens was a huge waste of my time. For the money you spend on these classes, you deserve excellent customer service. Unfortunately, pole kittens is obviously not the place for that. I wouldn't recommend Pole Kittens to anyone. Their own staff seems to recommend Bella Forza.... read more
