The front desk staff seem to not understand their role in this all. Today, my app wouldn't load. I asked them to manually log me in, the young lady slowly walks over, heavily sighing, and giving me a look of disappointment. What was she doing before this? Looking down at her cell phone watching Tik Tok. Cleanliness has always been an issue; the staff don't clean as much as they should, and there are barely any wet wipe stations. The ones that are present aren't appropriately refilled. It is 80 degrees today and humid, no air conditioning and no fans. Goto planet fitness instead.

I would recommend never skipping a class when your body is sore or in moderate pain. Just be honest and the staff is fantastic about modifying and focusing on the problem area(s).
