I started working w/ Brittany a few months ago and she fully understood my goals. She developed a personalized plan for me and we got to work. First, she fixed my diet by giving me the exact macros I need to hit to see the best results. She also coached me to eat better and provided easy lifestyle changes that allowed me to hit my goals w/o flipping my life upside down.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Second, Brittany designed a highly creative workout regiment that mimics boxing rounds. 3 minutes on, 1 minute off. I do many of the same exercises that the top UFC fighters and boxers do, and over time I've begun to excel. Gym is about 5 mins away from my house and I decided to join. I just found out they are canceling my membership because my bf got in argument with a man over equipment. And I had nothing to do with , matter of fact I was in a different part of the gym minding my business. Man that took his spot was super rude ,instead of saying that he is still using equipment he acted entitled and sat on top of it before letting my bf know he was still using it. He was working out on 2 diff.machines far from each other Obviously someone will take your spot if you're not there and all you got to do is ask. Since it turned out into verbal argument his brother was there too and my bf came up to his brother to apologize and explain the situation of why he was mad. To which his brother cut him off and said " I don't give a fucking fuck , you know what, Fuck you! " Owner Curt calls my bf a day later and tells my bf it's all good as long as there is no further arguments he is ok , and to stay away from each other he just wanted to reach out and hear his part of the story . Today he gets a call with a voicemail saying his and my memberships are canceled. what a joke of a place Anyway since I'm not envolved in argument I will say this Water filter has been out ever since I've joined It's actually against regulations and makes you sick if you drink it. We don't tend to use the shower facilities or steam/sauna areas, but the exercise machines are well-maintained and it's not over-crowded. Plenty of towels for working out. I even left my earbuds on a treadmill once, and they were turned into the desk and I got them back :). One thing that I wish they would consider...the ambient temp in the exercise area is way too high. I have to bring my own portable fan to use on the treadmill. I'm wondering whether the temperature is according to ACSM guidelines....
