The trainers are so passionate and talented, and their knowledge of not just training but the science behind the training is beyond evident. If you want results and excellent workouts, get off the bench and get to D1. Just cannot speak highly enough of the owners, trainers and facility itself. This is the place to come to discover the best version of yourself and achieve real results through an unbelievably diverse workout program. Aside from that, D1 offers training for youth sports and the positive influence that D1 has on these kids is truly refreshing to see. In a day and age where kids are glued to their phones, it is a breath of fresh air to see them in the gym, training, learning and coming together as a group. And when you see the kids stick around the gym to continue training well after their classes are over, you know the gym is doing a lot of things right. Last but far from least, the community feel this gym provides is simply unrivaled. Overall, D1 really has it all and I personally and so appreciative to have found them. After trying numerous gyms and trainers in the valley, I can say that without shadow of doubt, Mike, Ernie, Colton, Dillon and everyone else at D1 are the best of the best!

Hour long group fitness classes are offered throughout the day, and all fitness levels and ages have found a home here. Most of the coaches are physical therapists who prioritize proper form and technique. The class structure usually has a lifting portion first (like squats, deadlifts, power cleans, etc.) then the second half of the class has a WOD (workout of the day) that is a timed circuit style workout. I love that I can show up, be told what to do, and go home, all within an hour. The community is also amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

AWESOME staff, the owner Kelly is very nice and knowledgeable and super cute gear! You get such a great workout in a short amount of time. I have tried hot yoga and hot Pilates. They also have hot core and HIIT. HOTWORX is a fabulous concept. It combines efficient workouts with the benefits of infrared energy and heat. I've been doing hot yoga for over 10 years and love it, but it can be time consuming and offered at times that don't work with my schedule. The facility is super clean. They have a wide variety of workouts which I love and the heat feels amazing! There is no better work out in such a short amount of time. Eventually,I get the door open and the young man asks me If I have ID. The owners are stricted here. Well, for one I am little annoyed considering I dont bring much into the gym with me. He explained that the app which is what you would normally use to access everything. He says anyone can get on the app and just come in so he needed to see ID!
