I had my first class yesterday. I loved it! The workout was so effective and I'm sore today :) Gianna was our instructor. She was professional, super sweet, genuine, and had the best energy to keep us going when it got tough! When I walked in, I wasn't sure where to go but she greeted me right away and explained the process. It was such a wonderful experience! I'm thoroughly impressed with Gianna and I'll be back! She demonstrated everything and even helped me with my form. The boutique in front is really cute too! Love it! read more

I absolutely love this studio! The owners and every instructor here make you feel welcomed instantly and everyone knows your name! I had done barre classes years ago and can tell you this studio really goes above and beyond. It is such a good feeling when you are in a group class setting and you can tell the instructors really care about your form and well-being. All the classes are great but I especially love Vanessa's classes and always try to sneak out of work to do her afternoon classes when I can! I love that all the classes I have taken here have a perfect balance of working your whole body with stretching in between. They also play great music which keeps it fun and motivating! After having a baby I was nervous to get back into a workout routine and I am so glad that I found this studio! I started to see results after less than 10 classes and am going to continue to stick with it!! read more

5 Stars! I absolutely love this place so much that my day is not complete without a Pure Barre class. The ladies at this location are phenomenal and are always so friendly and nice. I love their focus on correcting my form when I'm off so I get the best out of my workout. It's like having a personal trainer! I have been a member for almost 6 months now and can definitely feel and see changes. When I started I could not even touch my toes or do a single push-up and now I can. I'm addicted for sure! read more

I've been going to the North Scottsdale location and the Scottsdale Tatum and Shea location for the past year. The classes are challenging and the instructors are very motivating. Both studios are cheerful upbeat supportive places and they welcome everyone into the studio. You will see your body change for the better in a month. Fellow students are friendly. This the best Barre studio I have ever been a member of! Marirose has done such a great job at creating a studio that people want to be a part of for year after year. From the instructors she hires, the class schedules, the cute clothes in the lobby and the monthly challenges and promos... it is all wonderful! You will love having a membership here. read more

If you're looking to tone like you never have before, Pure Barre is for you! My body completely changed after committing to this workout - I've never been so lean! I did Pure Barre intensively before my wedding and have started up again just two months after having my first child! The teachers continue to find new ways to challenge us and make the studio a welcoming environment. Pure Barre is more than a place to workout, but a community of positive and inspiring people! read more

Full disclosure I'm a retired Pure barre instuctor but I had to commend the effort of this team to keep up safe and working out in this crazy time. The studio is super clean and the social distancing in class works great. Fitness is so important and I'm so happy that those who choose to can work out safely. As always, pure barre Scottsdale offers killer classes and incredible instructors. read more

Pure Barre is my favorite barre workout that I've done in the area so far! Their sign outside that says something along the lines of "We aren't scared to be the most challenging bar workout" is pure truth because you WILL get a workout in these classes! Every class is so difficult - your muscles will be shaking, in a good way! I really liked going to the 5:45 am class because, ending at 6:45, I had the perfect amount of time to get ready, have a good breakfast, and make it to work. Plus, the feeling of accomplishment after these classes is like nothing else - especially in the morning! I feel like I can accomplish anything afterwards. I love their music and they have great instructors too. Can't wait to come back for more! read more

LOVE Pure Barre and LOVE this studio! All the instructors and employees are SO friendly and fun! Each class is different so you never get bored and it's tough and exiting every class. I have seen such a difference since I started Pure Barre and when I can't go due to work or other commitments I am SO disappointed. I recommend Pure Barre to everyone and it really is ADDICTIVE! read more

Pure Barre is one of the best workouts I have ever done. I have always had a terrible habit of starting a new workout, keeping up with it for a few months and then falling off the wagon. I can proudly say I have nixed that habit- as I am about to hit my 500th class, all thanks to the awesome staff/owners at PB North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Chandler. I have spent time at all 4 studios and have nothing but good things to say. The ass-kicking workout isn't the only reason I have stuck around for so long, the owners (Veronica and Marirose who are extremely involved- you'll see them around all the time), instructors and barretenders make every class a blast. They run great promotions/sales frequently. I have made friends at the studios and I always look forward to seeing them in class. I really don't know what I would do without PB! P.S- if you are looking for a killer cardio workout- try the Platform class (just launched last month)...so hard/fun/awesome all at the same time. Make sure to sign up online, classes fill up really quickly. P.S.S- I read the 1 star reviews below and here is my take... It seems as though the two ladies came in EXPECTING A) a free class and B) wanting to use 1 expired coupon for 2 people. I think they are upset because they didn't get their way, and posting a bad review makes them feel better. If they had approached the situation differently I bet it would have been a better outcome. Luckily, it doesn't sound like they are returning. Can't have negative people in the studio when the rest of us are there for a good, de-stressing workout :) read more

Pure Barre has transformed my body. I am 53 and in better shape than 20 years ago. I have been doing barre for 9 yeArs and still continue to see lean muscle and anti-aging sag reversal with this practice. I tend to get distracted and bored which is why the constantly changing routines and music keep me focused and my body reaping the rewards. Above and beyond that is the positivE and motivational staff to push my limits, while adjusting form to prevent injury. Pure Barre is the best in this business and our studios represent that in every way possible. Def hard but modifications and pacing are always welcomed. It's not where you began but where you push yourself to end up that counts. There's no better motivational tool than long lean, strong bodies and positive minds. There's no better place to feel supported and welcomed that this studio. Ditch those saggIng butts. Lift. Tone. Burn. read more

Addicted..... Love, love, love this location. I was a big fan of my PB studio in Redondo Beach and missed it so much when I moved to AZ. I was delighted to hear a new NoSco location was opening. Veronica is seriously the best, so nice and personable (I have no idea how she remembers everyone's name). You are always greeted by a warm smiling face. Abby is a fabulous instructor and makes you push a little harder than you thought you could. The team here is awesome and I'm so excited to LTB with them. read more

Embarrassingly, I found this place on my way to lunch at... Panda Express. As I was eating my delicious, greasy bowl of fried rice, I made a promise to myself to come back later that day and take a Pure Barre class. And, I'm happy to say that's exactly what I did and it was a great decision! If you have never done Barre before, like myself, prepare yourself for FULL BODY soreness. Every muscle in my body ached for the next three days, even though I consider myself a moderately fit person. Barre class will find all those little muscles that don't usually get worked out and push you to use all of them. I always track my heart rate by using a chest strap whenever I work out in order to collect data on how intensely my body is working (or not). I didn't expect much from the 'small movement' Barre philosophy, but I'm happy to say that my heart rate and calories burned were on par with a rigorous spin class. All in all, I loved my experience here and can't wait to go back next time I'm in the area. read more

Just left Pure Barre it was a great class. However the owner has no clue how to run a business. I had a flyer that I received on my door to try the class for 2 weeks unlimited for $35. I made my friend come with with me because it's always better to workout with a partner for motivation. They decided that only 1 of us could use it and the other had to pay $25 for 1 class. After all of this we both decided we will not be back, so paid the $25 each. I'm not sure why they would treat 2 new customers this way and before this happened I had planned on signing up. Now I will try out Barre 3 and see if they treat their potential customers better. read more

A few months ago, I signed up for a free week of barre classes at Pure Barre in North Scottsdale. What a great introduction to barre without having to make a commitment! I had never done any type of barre class before, so I was a little intimidated. The instructor was super nice and put me at ease right away. I love a challenging workout, and this did not disappoint! Every part of the body is worked, many times to the point of exhaustion. The exercises can easily be modified if you can't keep up with the reps or hold a certain position for long. With every class, my stamina increased and now I'm proud to say I can keep up with everything. I've really noticed the changes in my muscle tone and definition. All of the instructors are incredible. I love the music they play and their cute boutique with barre clothes. I also like the variety of people who attend classes....you'll find all ages and body types. It's mostly women who attend, but I've seen guys there on a couple occasions. I've become a barre addict! I go 4-5 days a week now and ended up signing up for a full year package. The North Scottsdale location is linked with the Scottsdale location, so you can take classes at either location. I cannot say enough great things about barre! Just try it! read more
