Store in front, grooming in the back. Hamid is an obvious dog lover and is a groomer who does a fabulous job of all aspects of dog grooming. He handled my very nervous but very gentle Buster perfectly and had him looking and smelling the best he's ever been. What's even better - he offers a loyalty card: after 5 groomings, the 6th one is free. You really need to check out this new small business in NDG, I think it's really awesome.

They provide food, liter, toys, mini furniture and more for pets. The store is small, but feels lively! The best part of entering this boutique is that you are welcomed by a beautiful dog Callie. She is so well behaved, her eyes are so adorable, they just simply steal your heart. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are super knowledgeable about every single products. You can see their love and passion towards animals. What's so best about this boutique when you can buy supplies for your pets from Walmart or Canadian Tire or somewhere else... For example, the food for my cats that I buy are biological and they are easy on their digestive system. The liter that I get is odor locked...after my cats' business done, the surrounding of liter box do not smell. These are my main products that I purchase almost every month and half. It's so amazing how the products last so long. I will be honest, the products are slightly expensive, but for the health and love of your pets, it's worth it. If you are around the area, free delivery service is available.

As good as it gets…read more This shop has gone absolutely above and beyond for us. First and foremost, they are notably well-spoken and educated. This isn't a shop that was built for the sole purpose of turning a buck, but because they are truly passionate about their product. I learn new things about my pet all the time by visiting here. Second, just as they care about their animals, they care about their customers. I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Their delivery service is an absolute life-saver for our family. Finally, their pricing. I upgraded my food by coming here, and still save money week after week. They're definitely not giving anything away, but they're also not being beat out in regards to price by anywhere else in Montreal. This is truly a one-stop-shop. 10/10. Thanks Pawse.

COVID review for Animalerie Little Bear!…read more There are a LOT of things in this shop. There is a huge variety of food, treats, toys and other goodies for your four legged friend. As a result, it's very popular and has many visitors who also bring their other four legged friends. I think when we went there were at least five dogs who visited. This means that it is a little bit tight and I feel like there should be more reinforcement when it comes to the number of people in the shop. Prices were decent. Like I mentioned, they have a lot of things so pretty much everything you can think of, they likely have a product for your furry friend. The only qualm I have is some of the quality of their Christmas products weren't very good and as soon as I tried it at home for our cat, it broke. Despite this, I still liked the products. Service is also quite nice! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They also seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help you!

No call , no follow up, just ghosting. I called twice , they said they " forgot " to order and my husband re ordered again. - 4 weeks later, still no call back after the few messages left . Great service, even if it's not for me…read more The good: High quality raw food for cats and dogs. Portioned cubes in an array of mixes. They even have a first time taster-pack that I took advantage of when trying their diet with my cats. Prices were mostly reasonable but it is obviously bound to cost more to feed your pets at this quality. The bad: operating hours are minimal. Like M-F 9-6 minimal. Someone like me could never arrive during operating hours without having to take time off work. Would make sense for me if they were closed on Monday and open a few hours on the weekend instead. They do offer a delivery service, however the massive amount of packaging and styrofoam used was too wasteful for me to justify using this service as they won't accept the return of the packaging (even though a big styrofoam cooler can be reused if it was only used to transport vacuum packed product). One of my cats became ill after eating one of the mixes, however his brother was entirely fine so I have no doubt that it had nothing to do with the product quality.
