We came across Pattes et Griffes on Mont-Royal which is another chain pet store like Mondou. They had a LOT of merchandise in this location so it was quite right, and there was also a LOT of people so it was even tighter. COVID wise this was a bit of a concern but at the same time it's an essential service and I appreciate that people are so supportive of their pets and a pet store. The five stars comes from the exceptional service we received from the folks working there. They heard us taking about our cat needing a harness and they immediately pointed us to the right direction. When they saw we needed help, they came to us and helped. They even let Kimchi try on the harnesses for sizing! They were honestly so nice and we really appreciated their time. Overall, a great experience in this pet store.

I'm happy with any sort of discount, and not having to tuck yet another card into my wallet is a good thing.

As I got off work I opened the cage to check on the rats and I found the albino lying cold and dead. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, the pet store sold us an animal they did not bother to test for healthiness, we got very attached to the rat. Unethical, disgusting practice-- avoid this store at all costs.

I really enjoyed that everyone was respectful of our space especially with COVID on the rise. I cannot wait to go to a bigger location because to my understanding this wasn't the biggest store available.
