I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. The girl was so obnoxious, she wouldn't even look at the food or the coat, and just said, full of attitude, return the food to the company and the coat is sold as is...without even looking at the coat. I didn't even care if they exchanged or returned the coat and food, but at least be polite and helpful. I expect respect when I go into an establishment and I have a feeling that this store will quickly learn that ALL Rockland clientele expect that as well. If you are like me, do not go there.

They have decent prices and now with new ownership comes a discount points system - which with the cost of pet supplies is well appreciated. Keep up the improvements.
