This isn't a shop that was built for the sole purpose of turning a buck, but because they are truly passionate about their product. I learn new things about my pet all the time by visiting here. Second, just as they care about their animals, they care about their customers. I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Their delivery service is an absolute life-saver for our family. Finally, their pricing. I upgraded my food by coming here, and still save money week after week. I love animals love love them…read more This location how ever is super tiny and really messy. Had to step over store merchandise just to get in. Two women employees were talking about their love life for a long time. Everyone in the store was staring as well. Usually when you see a potential customer bent over awwwing at the cage of guinea pigs you would come up and strike up a conversation hoping to make a sale. I know more about how long she's been single then how old The baby guineas were. Love coming by to visit and look for little furry love bugs to buy. Hope next time it's better.

I found a few cat toys and a really nice cat carrier here. I once inquired about adopting a cat here and they were very well informed about the animals and asked me about my situation and then told me that the cat I was inquiring about wouldn't be a good fit as she needed to be an only cat. Since I was only in quickly for a small specific item, but in a short time I had a fast look around and noticed the shop looked very cute and pleasantly laid out. Not a huge space, but seemed to have a good selection of supplies. The staff were welcoming and friendly and fit well with the boutique feel.

You walk into a huge wooden tunnel, which currently has Christmas decorations and music playing loudly as you enter...pretty kool, kinda freaky but really kool. They have a wide selection of any and all domestic pets. They have an amazing African Grey named Nika which fell in love with my bf and vice versa: they became best pals and she made it clear I was not welcome in the mix lol, but she was absolutely adorable with my bf! As all Safaris this one too is quite overpriced but they have a wide selection of all pet related items too, which sometimes have pretty decent sale prices. The second floor boasts a children's pirate-theme reservable party room (big enough for at least 16 kids i would guess), my guess is that it's probably expensove but I'm considering it for my niece n nephew one year... As well there is a Café on the other part of the second floor which I was disappointed was closed during our visit today because we were looking forward to a pause café! Usually has a sizeable stock of inventory of food and general supplies for reptiles, though often…read moretimes whenever I need to buy live feeders (crickets, mealworms, etc), most of the containers are 50%-70% dead. They house their leopard geckos all together in one small terrarium with the wrong substrate, 2 hides, a water bowl and mealworm bowl. There are on average usually 10-12 Leopard Geckos in that single terrarium, ranging from babies to juveniles. They were literally sleeping / standing on each other because the two hides weren't enough for so many, and the paper towel in one of the hides was soaked with feces and pee. The situation for their leopard geckos seems to be the norm for most of their reptiles, apart from the snakes. I did not see a single lizard / gecko species in a terrarium that either didn't suit their needs or was overcrowded. The indoor decor is beautiful, but very dusty. The employees are kind, patient and helpful
