Not impressed. Also, staff have given mixed messages and showed a lack of knowledge in regards to kibble questions. They didn't seem to understand nutrition points, although they boasted about their annual food training. The store itself is clean and they offer quality products, but when you spend so much time looking for service staff only to have them be of no help... lets just say that if they didn't have the dog wash or locally source pet foods, this would be a one star.

Two women employees were talking about their love life for a long time. Everyone in the store was staring as well. Usually when you see a potential customer bent over awwwing at the cage of guinea pigs you would come up and strike up a conversation hoping to make a sale. This isn't a shop that was built for the sole purpose of turning a buck, but because they are truly passionate about their product. I learn new things about my pet all the time by visiting here. I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Their delivery service is an absolute life-saver for our family. Finally, their pricing. I upgraded my food by coming here, and still save money week after week. I really like the staff and my preferred LARGE bag of cat food is cheaper here than anywhere. Fantastic large variety of products. I also like that they host adoption days for animals. They have decent prices and now with new ownership comes a discount points system - which with the cost of pet supplies is well appreciated. Keep up the improvements.
