Never board your dog at Les Anges Gardiennes. They stopped having someone stay with the animals…read moreovernight over a year ago, but didn't tell customers. They just pretend nothing changed.
They put the dogs in cages, stacked floor to ceiling, in a tiny room with signs banning entry, so owners don't know how badly their animals are being treated. From the time the daycare closes at 7:00pm until after 7:00am the next morning there is no one there, and the dogs are stuck in little cages for 12+ hours. There is just a camera in the room and who knows if they monitor that.
They make a show of putting some cats roaming freely in an office off reception, but they won't show you where they actually stick the dogs who are boarding there: in tiny cages that are off-limits and behind closed doors. I saw the disgusting room because a lovely person in reception told me to avoid boarding there, and showed me the room even though they could have been fired.
The people who work in the daycare are fabulous, but the woman who runs the place, Vanessa, is super sweet to your face and takes your money, and then shoves your dog, alone and scared, in a small room and lies to you about someone being there.
Oh, also, Vanessa steals tips. The people who work there are so lovely (and you should tip them!!!) but NEVER let Vanessa see you do it, she'll take it for herself, because "they owe her." NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.
