Two weeks later, she had an infection on her leg $800.00 vet bill, and I still couldn't figure out how she got it. I went back one and half months later to pick her up, and she had three cuts; I was told you have to remove scabs so they could heel, but she had NO scabs on her to remove. When I returned home, I noticed my dog was walking funny on one of her pads. When I checked it, her nails were cut so short it hurt. Now I know how she got the previous infection. With all that being said, NEVER GO TO GLORY unless you want your pet in pain. They will b***S***. You do not remove scabs to heel. They screwed up and never had the decency to own up to their mistake.

ABUSE!! This place is terrible! People willingly leave their dogs there and then leave good reviews…read morepraising this place, and they don't really know what goes on. Meanwhile our babies are getting yelled at, getting mad at the dogs all day long. They over book themselves because they are money hungry. My dog kept leaving in distress, he would be vomiting for days after getting groomed. So I thought I would stick around their shop outside to see what really goes on.. I was HORRIFIED! This lady started yelling at my dog and yanking his face and ears and AGGRESSIVELY SLAMMED my poor baby on their table. I could hear his cries from outside. He's a mini poodle PICK ON YOUR OWN SIZE ! Shame on these old ladies, they need to close shop. I have reported them and I hope others will do the same before more get hurt, who knows what else goes on here. He'd been going there for the last 5 years. 5 years too long if this is how he was being treated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Don't let this lady fool you by telling you she has 37 years experience, that doesn't mean shit if this is how they treat our precious babies. Since my baby has been going elsewhere, he's much more happier, stress free and no more vomiting.

As a dog owner myself, I would feel ashamed and wouldn't be able to look at myself if I sent my dog there for even half a second. No employees of this place know the meaning of being respectful and how to treat others with decency. The owner is the worst, I remember being called a count bitch with no life who must be deeply unhappy, just for trying to say something they didn't like or that wasn't working their way. If that's how they talk to people after 1 time, how do they behave with other people's animals? I also have to be concerned about the dogs' well-being when I see where they all go outside to play and have some fresh air, The store is located in the middle of an industrial sector and the very very small enclosure they have to play outside can barely fit my small car in it and has no grass or even something in it other than being a small square fence put on bare cement, but somehow they manage to think it's ok to put all the dogs in there and walk on each other's paw while barely being able to move around while big 53' and lots of other trucks drives around. I'm sorry to say this but I honestly hope that this place gets shut down. **PS: When you go there, also have to be aware of its clients, because half of them are exactly like the owner and the employees. If you don't look as rich as them, oh god you will be looked down on just enough to make you feel bad or sorry about yourself, like YOU don't belong with them which for me is a no-go.** So basically it's the perfect place to go if you like being judged and treated like nothing else than the dumpster next to the back door.

But even though I booked my appointments a year in advance and continuously confirming them I would get a call the day before with a random new time. It's 3 times our appointments time are changed with no notice except the day prior when they call to confirm. Now it's the second time they move one of my dogs to fit a random persons dog in between mine ?? Again no notice. I wanted to speak to the manager and the girl said she's the assistant manager. I was shocked. She kept cutting me off not listening to my issue or even giving a shit to try to offer us a solution. Don't go there. It's basically a chain factory. Save your money and go where your dog will be properly treated. Not to mention we wanted to take courses there but it's done in their parking with cars driving around dogs ? Very sketchy

They put the dogs in cages, stacked floor to ceiling, in a tiny room with signs banning entry, so owners don't know how badly their animals are being treated. From the time the daycare closes at 7:00pm until after 7:00am the next morning there is no one there, and the dogs are stuck in little cages for 12+ hours. There is just a camera in the room and who knows if they monitor that. They make a show of putting some cats roaming freely in an office off reception, but they won't show you where they actually stick the dogs who are boarding there: in tiny cages that are off-limits and behind closed doors. I saw the disgusting room because a lovely person in reception told me to avoid boarding there, and showed me the room even though they could have been fired. The people who work in the daycare are fabulous, but the woman who runs the place, Vanessa, is super sweet to your face and takes your money, and then shoves your dog, alone and scared, in a small room and lies to you about someone being there. Oh, also, Vanessa steals tips. The people who work there are so lovely (and you should tip them!!!) but NEVER let Vanessa see you do it, she'll take it for herself, because "they owe her." NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

It is…read morean innovative shopping experience, when we first entered it reminded us of an Ikea maze as we walked through a huge garden and botanical section indoors that eventually lead to an outside space filled with more plants you could dream of. There's a huge variety of greenery, flowers, trees and anything you need to landscape the perfect garden. There also have all the accessories such as pots and supplies one would need. Once we're back in the main building, there is a immense selection of patio/garden furniture but also living room decorations, vases, knick knacks, cushions, throws, candles, scented air purifiers and that type of thing. There is all sorts of cookware and kitchen decor/appliances and a HUGE area dedicated to bbq and grilling. Archipel has the best selection of bbq gear we've ever seen, there's the complete collection of Traeger pellet grills and accessories, wood pellets, spices, etc. There's also an exclusive Giant Green Egg section, Weber, Broil King and dedicated area for specialty pizza ovens or flat tops. You will be in heaven if you love to grill as the selection here is better than BBQ Quebec or other hardware stores. Those who are looking for modern outdoor furniture, there are many quality pieces to be found here. I was surprised as most items seem to come from France or other part of Europe - the prices as you can imagine were quite high. To give an example, a basic zero gravity recliner chair that normally retails for under $100 at any Walmart or hardware store, is instead sold for $500 here. The zero gravity chair has the same function but is made in France. Outdoor furniture sets will range in the $3000-5000 price point. Items here is on the high end, both in the feel and quality - there's also a small grocery section with both refrigerated and shelf stable goods. Perfect spot to find a unique gift. The last part of the store near the exit is a giant animal/pet shop. There's the most complete selection of food and animal accessories I've seen in a large surface store - they even sell fish, small reptiles, birds and critters (gerbils, rabbits..). Although it looked closed when we went, there is a dedicated pet groooming room with full services advertised on their website - make sure to reserve if you want any special care done to your pets. A truly beautiful store, we spent over an hour admiring all the selection - sadly didn't buy much as everything is so expensive. If you are in the market for luxury, high end and imported goods, I would recommend Archipel, but otherwise not to replace your other big box stores.
