I strongly believe in supporting local business. But, my sister, who is a dear, sweat individual who wouldn't insult and do wrong to anyone, was accused of lying and trying to manipulate a previous transaction, all due to the fact that their salesperson sold her the wrong size item. I understand there was a misunderstanding, can happen anywhere, right? Oh, did I mention the owner called my sister a liar, brutal !!! But to scream at her and make my sister cry was beyond comprehensible, just cruel, really. There is never any plausible reason to behave in such a manner. This is my store, the only pet store I shop at. I live in Ontario, but work two days in Quebec and I make sure I pick up all my pets needs here. When I lived in Pointe-Claire, Sylvie and her staff constantly go out of their way to make sure you are happy and part of her family. Sylvie does so much for the community and is always their to help. She support many rescue services especially Rosie's. Her honesty and commitment to her store, her staff and her customers is above everyone else. Others only wish to rate as well as her in customer service. read more

Always call in when I am walking the dog and he gets a treat. Great shop with lots of products for pets. They also do grooming but I haven't tried that yet. My dog refuses to walk by unless I go in ! read more

I would give negative stars if it were possible. What a dirty and claustraphobic place. I do not understand why people even shop there. I tried to buy my pet food there as I wanted to promote a local business but realized they were falsely advertising a manufacturer promo. It was supposed to be buy 10 get a free bag and they were advertising buy 12 get 1 free. I called the mfg and asked them to clarify the promo and then mentioned it to the owner that it was wrong. She said she would look into it but then a month later when the sign was still posted in the store and she told me that she had not had the time yet. So rip off your customers because you are lazy? I work full time and found the 5 minutes in my day to clarify it with the manufacturer ... why couldn't you?? read more
