Then came the grooming, horrible. She cut 1/4 of her right ear off then still charged me! I've had some bad experiences but this one was the worse ever.
I went in today to return / exchange the bag of dog food that my dog won't touch and a coat that didn't fit her. The girl was so obnoxious, she wouldn't even look at the food or the coat, and just said, full of attitude, return the food to the company and the coat is sold as is...without even looking at the coat. I didn't even care if they exchanged or returned the coat and food, but at least be polite and helpful.
I expect respect when I go into an establishment and I have a feeling that this store will quickly learn that ALL Rockland clientele expect that as well.
If you are like me, do not go there.
