This is an excellent cat grooming service. They are very professional and attentively treat their feline and human patrons with care and due diligence. Rebecca and I brought Billie the long haired tabby American (Urdu speaking cat) and we were in and out in less than half an hour and Billie was like a new woman who just had her hair did; she has got mad drip now and gives Felinus and the staff four paws out of four. I was very impressed by the staff to do an amazing work on my cats and my sister's cat within 45 minutes. The staff were very friendly, affectionate and efficient. The shop is tiny; you can find various products for cats from food to cat carriers to toys. In the back of the store, that where the grooming is done. They cut their nails and shaved the fur painlessly. The prices were very good for three cats, it was 145$, including tax. Of course, for their excellent work, I gave them tips. OMG!!!!The best! My former vet Dr Seto (where did he go???) recommended Anne-Marie. He called her The Cat Whisperer! Both of my cats are very skittish when out of the house. Anne-Marie takes control and their claws are clipped in minutes. My long hair cat who was feral (making it impossible to brush her beyond a passby) is dematted ( a little clipper, a bit of comb) in a short time without incident. Everyone I've encountered here is super pleasant. You can count on them for the best service and your cats will thank you. And so will your wallet! read more

I brought my Émilie (long hair) here today to have her many knots removed, trim her nails and clean her ears. She was out in 30m, and I was very impressed by the staff's professionalism and ability to take care of her. The lady (I didn't catch her name), who is very friendly, did a thorough job and made sure to remove every knot. The price was right too, 35$. I would definitely return. read more

I will give these guys 5 stars as I brought 2 cats here and the grooming was done quickly and painlessly for my kitties. They even chipped off some tartar from one of my cats teeth, a huge chunk of it gross! The owner here who has 6 cats at home did the best job but the other girl was good too. As the proud human of a very long haired cat I can safely say these people are my new best friends. If you have any experience with long haired cats then you know the problems they can have involving letterbox mishaps, and the extreme need for emergency bathing, and we all know how much the average cat *loves* baths. The first time I brought my Beast in for a visit, I did not even ask the price. I was prepared to pay a premium to have my cat bathed and shaved by someone other than me because I could no longer handle the yowling, screaming and struggling of my poor cat. I fully expected it to take 30 minutes to an hour to accomplish this gargantuan task. 15 minutes and $11 later I walked out with a clean and well trimmed cat! I couldn't believe it. The staff there are able to handle even the fussiest of cats gently, cleaning and shaving them without sedation or struggle, it is quite frankly nothing short of miraculous. read more

This grooming salon is specialized in cat grooming which makes this place a go-to if you have a cat. The owner and her employees(I think she has 1 or 2 part-time) are extremely nice and attentive. I get my cat shaved about 4 times a year (my love for my furry friend is greater than any allergy) and never encountered any problems. My wild lion is easily and gently tamed by the professional skills of Anne-Marie and her team! It's worth driving all the way here if you're not in the area. If you're from the Sud-Ouest and you'd rather encourage local businesses, she also carries the Royal Canin food line and other treats. The only downer is they don't accept credit cards, only debit and cash. Price wise, similar to other places and will vary depending on your cat's behaviour, hair type, etc. read more

I want people to understand that I have never been to Felinus, but this review is based on a great first impression by phone. I have just adopted a feral Main Coon long-haired cat and I am in the process of establishing trust. I had some questions and was looking for ideas about removing the hair knots from the fur and clipping its nails. The person I spoke to was Anne-Marie and she spent 15 minutes on the phone answering my questions and giving me good solid, sensible advice. When I asked about the grooming fees, I was actually shocked to find out how inexpensive it was. She made an excellent first impression on me as someone who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about cats. I am going to be paying them a visit in the near future as soon as my cat gets a little more comfortable being handled. read more

Anne-Marie and her crew are most excellent with our cats & with us cat parents. My cat, Piper, runs away from everyone but at Felinus he is always calm and seemingly appreciative to be getting all cleaned up nice. The first time we went there it was great. However, today there was something VERY wrong w/ the customer service & professionalism. First off, the groomer asked roughly when or appointment was; then she demanded (and this is exactly how she spoke, she has blue/green hair), "Give me the cat case." at least 3 times - no hello, no politeness, right off the bat, attitude. My husband told her he would take her out himself, that our cat didn't know her...then as she proceeded to clip her nails, she scolded us that we must bring the cat more often, her nails were too long - at this I just thought, wow, you don't know me or how often I have wanted to come sooner, but was unable to - THEN she started to look at the cat's mouth, our cat hissed at her, and she said - her mouth was bad, se must be in pain...at this point we said thank you but we are aware of our older cat's issues, and don't need a lecture - she's not a vet either. Then she refused to give us back our cat unless we paid the 5$ - wow - get over yourself, it's 5$!! The owner made her give us our cat. I couldn't BELEIVE THE ATTITUDE, the complete and utter disrespect - it was so appalling. And the owner actually defended her employee, saying, "but she's a good groomer!" - you know what - no one who treats customers like that should EVER be employed, period. If you can't see that she was terrible, you are just inviting her to continue mouth off at other clients - which I am sure she's done before. There was a complete absence of kindness and respect, which is so important w/ customers and their animals. The only way we'd ever go back is if that groomer was fired; as of now we are never going back, and do not recommend it. read more

This is a fantastic service. The women are obviously dedicated and really know how to handle even the fussiest of cats. Mine is a male and is not afraid to react if touched in the wrong place. She handles him marvelously. Not sure if they're non-profit but very professional. Just in case you've never had your cat groomed before, may I suggest that you do not get the belly shaved as it exposes his teats and he keeps lickig the fur around it. I will not get his belly shaved again, but they even clean the ears and shave the hair in between the toes on the paws. Try it you'll like it. read more
