I HIGHLY recommend this company and you will not go wrong if you hire them. Jose, the owner, and his crew, are polite, excellent craftsman, have incredible attention to detail, but beyond that, Jose communicates and speaks with you along the way. This blend of communication, craftsmanship, and hard work elevates this company beyond any other I have worked with. These intangibles were invaluable for us. Jose told us each day when he would be onsite, if he was running late, and what the timing would be as far as deliveries, removal of trash, and costs. Jose also brought up any issues or obstacles he came across during the remodel process. After we started our project, Jose was also able to include a bathroom vanity, mirror, and light installation. Jose not only had great suggestions, but was open to our suggestions as well. Jose also returned several items on our behalf to Home Depot. What service! LOVE, LOVE working with J.A.K.E. Prestige Renovations. What a STELLAR company!

I couldn't possibly be more happy with 495 Home Services. My first experience with this company was…read morea few weeks ago for the installation of a flat screen TV for my company. Alex was fast, efficient and cleaned up after his work leaving me a spotless room and a perfectly mounted TV. After such great service, I hired 495 Home Services a second time to hang a giant banner on the side of my company's building. There were a few structural challenges with mounting the banner, and Alex and Julio troubleshooted every issue that came up and within a couple hours had this banner mounted securely, perfectly centered and level. (And on the hottest and most miserably humid day of the summer, they did it with smiles on their faces.) After the banner I had one more job for 495 Home Services. Mounting a super sized pull down projector screen. Once again, I am wildly thrilled with the fast work and a perfectionists attention to detail that 495 Home Services provides.

However after reading multiple Yelp reviews and sending a private message to a customer and receiving her feedback, I decided to call the company to get an estimate on some projects. Alex immediately emailed me to confirm a day to conduct the estimation and also provided his cellphone number, by texting me. Alex and his staff were very professional and I am super happy with the outcome. I wanted to surprise my parents with renovating their home and I told Alex the timeline. He worked with me to ensure that everything would be completed on time. He is also very knowledgeable, so if you are unsure as to how something would look etc, he will give you an honest opinion. I also felt comfortable working with him because he was easy to get in contact with and very trustworthy. Several projects his team worked on (i've attached pictures) included building a small roof with shingles for the patio area, organizing/ boxing/ moving items into a storage area, landscaping, installing blinds, power washing etc. I would definitely recommend this company since it is quite difficult to find people who you can trust and will work closely with you within budget to accomplish your goals.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read moreHis recommendations which I naively agreed to ,proved not only to be not only outrageously overpriced, but more importantly completely superfluous and resulted in me ultimately having to hire someone else remove what he installed AND repair what damaged he caused and then begin the initial project from the start!! One example:His estimate for tightening a kitchen cabinet ran into thousands of dollars!! He came up with some convoluted explanation about the wall of the cabinet needing to be rebuilt, the dishwasher needing to be removed, the wall next to it needing to be totally rebuilt ,the adjacent door also needing to be taken off, then needing to repaint the doors .....and on and on. Another workman showed me that the screw just needed tightening and refused to even charge me for such a ridiculously small 'repair'! He guaranteed his work for a year. The tile work he did on one tub has resulted in puddling on the floor every time the shower is used. It's been 3 months since he was paid in full for ALL of his work. Two weeks ago I contacted him to fix the puddling problem. No response ! Since my call to him the puddling is only one of a number of things that that he worked on that isn't working properly! His "WARRENTEE " isn't worth much since he doesn't respond even 3 months into the first yr! Must of been his wife or mother who wrote the favorable review before mine. I give him, his work and his word zero stars!

The custom closet system was not originally in his area of expertise and Oded was frank and honest about it. He could've fooled me because it turned out beautifully. His scrupulous attention to detail and patience are hallmarks of a genuine professional. His price isn't cheap, but it's not expensive either.
