Olive was very helpful by providing me a shipping label to send my watch there and when I had any serious questions she would simply reach out to me by phone which made it easy to discuss my concerns. My watch now preforms better than ever after the service. However their was a slight hiccup when I received my watch back there was just a small screw missing in the bracelet. That was not an issue for me though as I simply reached out to Olive and she provided me a shipping label and had my bracelet sent back and repaired and back to me in a week and half. I live in Victoria BC by the way making it very quick waiting time. Now my watch is back on its lovely steel bracelet and I'm enjoying it just as much when I first purchased it. So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

I don't know if this is the stores policy, her incompetence or just Rolex. I have had Tags for years and got repairs and maintained done in a month or so. If you have the choice, I would go to one of the other Rolex dealers for either purchase or repair. I've been disappointed throughout this process. It's a haggle kind of place, so prepare to negotiate if you do see something you want. I tried a price on for size on an item I've been shopping for awhile and their first offer seemed about 30% over market value. I didn't bother to go any further because I wasn't that interested in the piece they had, so it's possible we could have gotten close to a deal with a back-and-forth. Take-away? I might stop in if I happened to be around but it's not worth a special trip unless you already know they have something you want.
