To get any worse, one would have to use W**mart to fill their scripts. First, I am having consistent trouble with Walgreen's site which is for refilling prescriptions. Scripts disappear and don't get sent on to the pharmacy. You can't trust the site. The safest bet is to call in your own refills. Second, a common med that has been available since the seventies was not in stock-it was being ordered and it wasn't known when it was coming in. The problem was fixed.

This store is what it is: a behemoth corporation parking yet another pharmacy on a prominent corner so that America's over-medicated masses can ignore all things that make one healthy and gloss over it with prescription drugs, its profits streaming out of state to the wealthy. Not yet participating? Turn on the TV, lots of suggestions. Pick one and join the fun. Sorry, I haven't yet but plenty of ideas in case I do. That said, I always find what I need at this store and it's easy in, easy out, no fuss and muss. Right now I appreciate the fact that masks are required for entry, the staff is masked and gloved (on my past two visits) and there's shielding in place at checkout and contact free payment with credit card. Store carries everything you need but I tend to come here for some hard to find items like scent free lotions, the scented kind to which I'm sensitive. Pricey yes, but hard to find as well so don't have to get them often, thank goodness. Lots of other things here you might not expect. Part convenience store, all things over the counter pharmacy related you'd expect. If you come, plenty of parking, spacious, drive through pharmacy pick-up, and... surprise! Right on a corner like about a dozen others in the city.

I literally got 3 different answers in one day. you will sometimes get a text that a prescription is up to refill, sometimes not. they don't carry the prescription I need and I have to remind them to stock it before it's due. it's a major hassle. don't waste your time here. its a major headache.

It's not even close. Before you get the idea I'm a pill popping-got 20 prescription meds in my bathroom-3 times a day gotta get my fix... Nope. I take no prescription medicines. Zip. But I *do* get routine COVID tests for travel outside the U.S. and I got my booster shot here, so much more convenient than others. And last night, received my RT-PCR COVID test results less than 12 hours after submission. No worrying if I'm going to receive my results on time for my flight. I'm hooked on this little family owned business. My regular old pharmacy is nice enough, but they're deathly slow, offer no testing in spite of being a massive corporation. A previous trip with my wife we both got tested at another large, recognizable national corporate pharmacy. You know the one. Bright lights, right on the corner, big parking lots, no pretense of fitting into the community, their profits streaming out of state. I digress. We got results, alright. Mine 2 days after I was *in* Canada, meaning the tests were over 48 hours beyond the 2-3 days advertised and utterly worthless, and my wife's test they completely lost even though we took them at the same time, depositing the materials in the same repository. Thanks, CVS. Oops, didn't mean to actually name them. Not even worth reviewing on Yelp. We only made it to Canada thanks to Orchard. But this place: they'll talk to you, they understand you may be traveling, they get the importance. One gentleman even told us, "if you are getting close to your flight and you don't have the results we can call the lab for you." Service as it should be. So from now on my business goes here. I rarely get something, an occasional flu shot and that's about it, but if the time ever comes and I need something, I'm here. And I intend to tell everyone about them. They're the best.

Initially the scanners weren't working on the self checkout register I was on, then whatever stupid AI is monitoring the video accused me of theft because I scanned some large items and put them back in my cart. It also didn't give me a receipt. When I left the store to take my groceries to my car the cart wheels locked up and I banged my shin on the cart. Then had to lift the entire cart off the ground to put it away because the wheels were locked.

When I went to the doctor he put me in a cast for 4 weeks and said I was to be non-weight bearing for the same time. Needless to say, his treatment was a game changer for me. I was panicked at my new life station. How was I going to get around campus to my job? How was I going to get into my house? Crutches just would not work for me. I am far to clumsy for crutches. My doctor told me about Criticare and so I went there looking for a knee scooter. They fixed me up in no time at all. They showed me how to use the scooter and get on my merry way. The scooter was terrific. A week after I had the scooter, I had another little spill when I had to swerve to miss someone who stepped in my way. The scooter wheel alignment was off so I took it back to Criticare for what I thought would be a quick repair. I was wrong... there was no quick work around for this issue. They were going to have to keep the scooter to fix. The problem was they did not have a replacement scooter. They were all rented out. I panicked because there was no way for me to get from Point A to Point B without this device. Criticare offered all sorts of alternatives, they looked high and low for a replacement. When they realized they did not have another scooter, they called a competitor to find a scooter for me. They reserved it in my name and gave me directions to the other store. I could not believe how kind and generous they were to me. Not many businesses would send you to a competitor. I was overwhelmed. The staff is top rate and so very caring. They do everything possible to get you comfortable and to find the right product for you. When other customers came in for service, you could tell they formed a personal relationship with the customer. They were friendly and remembered details about the customers. One of the staff members said to me, "I remember you! You were here a week ago, weren't you, Tracy?" She was spot on. Great place and wide selection of materials.
