Do not go to this pharmacy, if you can avoid it. There is soooo much more to this, and extremely concerning, that I will speak to the manager on before continuing this post. Until then, I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere to get your scripts processed.

I literally got 3 different answers in one day. you will sometimes get a text that a prescription is up to refill, sometimes not. they don't carry the prescription I need and I have to remind them to stock it before it's due. it's a major hassle. don't waste your time here. its a major headache.

To get any worse, one would have to use W**mart to fill their scripts. First, I am having consistent trouble with Walgreen's site which is for refilling prescriptions. Scripts disappear and don't get sent on to the pharmacy. You can't trust the site. The safest bet is to call in your own refills. Second, a common med that has been available since the seventies was not in stock-it was being ordered and it wasn't known when it was coming in. The problem was fixed.

This store is what it is: a behemoth corporation parking yet another pharmacy on a prominent corner so that America's over-medicated masses can ignore all things that make one healthy and gloss over it with prescription drugs, its profits streaming out of state to the wealthy. Not yet participating? Turn on the TV, lots of suggestions. Pick one and join the fun. Sorry, I haven't yet but plenty of ideas in case I do. That said, I always find what I need at this store and it's easy in, easy out, no fuss and muss. Right now I appreciate the fact that masks are required for entry, the staff is masked and gloved (on my past two visits) and there's shielding in place at checkout and contact free payment with credit card. Store carries everything you need but I tend to come here for some hard to find items like scent free lotions, the scented kind to which I'm sensitive. Pricey yes, but hard to find as well so don't have to get them often, thank goodness. Lots of other things here you might not expect. Part convenience store, all things over the counter pharmacy related you'd expect. If you come, plenty of parking, spacious, drive through pharmacy pick-up, and... surprise! Initially, I thought my ankle was swollen, sprained and/or twisted. When the swelling did not go down and the pain did not subside, I knew I had to get relief. I needed crutches and that is how I ended up at Jayhawk Pharmacy. The staff was so nice and helpful. The lady who waited on me was very kind and she attended to all my needs. She helped fit me for crutches and showed me how to use them. There was a pharmacist on staff who also helped me. He advised me on ankle wraps and bandages. The crutch rental is a unique system. I paid $35 for the rental and I can use them as long as needed. There is no daily fee and I will get my $35 back when I return the crutches. Basically, they are making no money off these rentals and I appreciate their approach. They are obviously not trying to take advantage of people for a profit. I was very impressed with this business. You can tell they take a vested interest in their customers and they know their customers by name. This is not a big outfit at all but a very small mom-and-pop company. The atmosphere is very old pharmacy feel and nice. Great people and products.
