Mind you, this CPAP has been giving me grief. It doesn't seem to work and hubby keeps taking it off in the middle of the night. So, I end up relocating to a different bedroom since I can never sleep with someone snoring beside me!! Anyway, the lady asked hubby to bring in his CPAP machine and took him in his office. She tested his machine and happened to have the necessary parts needed for this thing to work. I also had a nice chat with this kind guy in the office while my hubby is with the specialist. Such nice and kind people working here. And it's Dec 23rd! I never thought anything like this place would ever be open this time of the year. At 12:35 I went thru drive thru to get much-needed Prescriptions. I live 45 miles away. She said…read morethey would be ready in 5 minutes. I noticed the time was close to lunch so I asked if 10 minutes was better. She responded "sure. They will be ready no later than 10 minutes." I told her I would park across from window a few minutes but would drive back around in 5-10 minutes way before their lunch started. I pull up as I said. It was 8 minutes before their lunch starts and within the 10 minute "ready" time. Guess what? Already closed for lunch! Here's my choices, come back to town a different day, not get treatment in meantime, drive 90 miles, spend more gas, or... Wait 30-45 minutes to get in line again, hope scripts are ready, have daughter in love call to be an hour late to her job. Nice work again Dillons. Ps: It wouldn't have been so irritating if she didn't understand and actually come up with the plan oh and close at the right time for lunch. One day I arrived after closing, not realizing their hours. The pharmacist and the lady who works the front desk, were on their way out. They immediately turned around and filled my prescription, even though I assured them that there was no issue with me returning the next day. That is customer service!
