I sent my Yamaha RX-A2060 receiver to Jaydon , because it was a certified repair shop for this receiver. They had to replace the main digital board; total price: $815. Communications were pretty good until they finished the repair. I got the receiver back fairly quickly, but it looked like the box had been dropped. I didn't notice the frame was bent until I had it connected. So I hoped it would work anyway, and it did except the internet connection would not work. I attribute it to the unit being dropped because it worked when I had shipped it to them. I mostly use my outdoor speakers and use the music cast that works great, but without internet, it's worthless. Once they got your money, all communication was stopped. I tried to email them, and got nothing. Calling is fruitless because they just have an answering service with no options to talk to someone. Hey, they give you a text number, which is useless. They say they give a 90-day warranty, but that's only good if you can contact someone. Good luck with that. So if you want to gamble and lose $800 like I did, well, I wish you the best. I did look at the reviews prior, and they were all pretty good, so I trusted them and lost out. This business had no integrity; I won't recommend them to anyone. If a business won't talk to you over the phone, there's something wrong. Don't use them, or you'll get stuck like me. Next stop, the BBB and the Florida"s attorney general. read more
