I was also having some issues with the electronics, and he offered some good options for replacing them. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. When I picked up the guitar after all of that work (new frets, pickup, pre-amp, and set-up), RJ spent more than an hour with me making sure the set-up was just the way I wanted. He told me to play it hard for a couple of weeks and come back if there were any issues. Make sure you read the website and understand the process for working with them. This is not a big corporation with a back room full of amateur guitar techs. This is a small business with legit luthiers who do fantastic work.

I think I was there till a little after 8 and at no point did I feel rushed. When I arrived she had a select few violins ready for me to try for my level. In our initial phone call I hadn't given too much information about my skill but her selections for me were 100% what I needed. From reviews at other shops I thought I was going to be pressured into buying something expensive that I didn't need. That was absolutely not the case here. The selections she showed me were all in my price range and she answered any questions I had to make sure I chose the perfect instrument. I'll definitely be coming back.

They have a good variety of instruments and accessories of most well known brands. -Instruments available: Guitars, Basses, Clarinets, Obos flutes, recorders, electric keyboards, French horns, trumpets, bongos and more. Accessories: Plenty of replacement string varieties, picks, capos, instrument and sheet music stands, reeds, tuners, effects pedals, instrument and speaker cables and so much more. They also have a great selection of music books here for all the instruments I just mentioned. The book selection is heavy in progressive learning (which is a plus for the learning musician) some notable publishers are Alfred Schirmer, and Faber. I found a great selection of advanced books like Chopin's Ballads, Bachs Well Tempered Claviar, and Beethoven's Sonata's. In my opinion there are not enough Rock, Classic Rock, or Metal Books- I only found one Journey book for Piano/Guitar and the 50 best rock songs book which didn't have the 50 best as far as I'm concerned. Some Jazz and Blues and a lot of Modern Pop like Taylor Swift and such. The store was very clean and organized The only area that could use a little more organization is the book shelves. Regardless, I ended up finding one in the mix. I picked out an into to Debussys piano music ($12+) which also comes with a real CD inside. For whatever reason, you can't find these books online with the CD included anymore, just a link to a site with MP3 files. I prefer having the CD so, I really appreciate that this store carries these books, I will be back for more. Their staff perform instrument repair services, and provide music lessons as well. The store is currently offering a discount where if you buy four guitar lessons you get a free guitar with the course (learner acoustic); I'm not sure of the price, but if it's in $150-$200 range that's not bad. It's hard to find a half decent guitar for that nowadays. All-in-all, great music shop right here in Sanford, I love supporting local, so we will be back.

He ordered the frets from the manufacturer and when the parts were there and he was ready to do the work he called me. I brought my guitar to him on a Monday and had it back Saturday. They don't offer everything you would see at a Guitar Center or Sam Ash but what they do offer is an exceptional selection of guitars, Basses, ukuleles, mandolins, tube and solid-state amps, effects pedals, instrument accessories and more. They carry mostly Fender, Squire, Taylor, Martin, PRS, and Reverend guitars. They literally have one wall filled with Taylor and Martin guitars, another one filled with PRS, and a third all Fender, its pretty awesome. If you are a die hard for any of these brands, I highly recommend stopping in to check them out. I always wanted a Fender Telecaster but after seeing the Reverend Eastsider they had, I am willing to reconsider, that thing was sick! Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I struck up a conversation with Grayson, one of the store associates and he informed me they also give lessons on a variety of instruments. Pricing is $30 for a half hour and $60 for an hour lesson, which is pretty much the going rate. I could hear one of the piano teachers playing Bohemian Rhapsody in the background and she was great. The store is well kept, clean, and orderly. Although the store has been here for a while now, everything looks like it is in like new condition. All of the guitars are kept clean from dust and staff maintains everything very well., Good job! I really wanted to support the store even though I didn't need anything, so I bought a pack of strings and a PRS keychain pick holder, and now that I have been using it daily, I cannot live without it.
