I'm not sure what the going rate is but this service felt worth every dollar. Delicate precision, clear communication and a friendly environment. Grateful for the whole experience.

As a new customer, I called to schedule a haircut appointment for my husband. The first person who…read moreanswered sounded like they were working from a call center and told me they were transferring me to a team member who could assist with scheduling. When the second gentleman answered, I politely asked if I could make an appointment for my husband. Before I could even finish, he abruptly interrupted me and, in a rather dismissive tone, stating that there were no openings available that day. I replied that was perfectly fine we weren't looking for an appointment today ( Tuesday 7/14/26) and simply asked what availability looked like for tomorrow. His response was to tell me to go to the website and check the availability myself. What is the purpose of answering the phone if appointments aren't going to be scheduled over the phone? I was genuinely surprised by the complete lack of customer service, the unwillingnessi to provide even the most basic assistance, and the dismissive attitude with which I was treated throughout the call. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience ensured that we will never patronize or recommend this barbershop.

Overall the service was good and my boyfriend got some products to try out! Happy with the experience!

He used to cut my hair as a kid, and I thought I was dissatisfied because I wasn't communicating adequately. Now that I've tried several other barbers/stylists, I know better. I prefer to keep longer hair for a guy, and he cut about half of the existing length off. Indicating a length and being told "that'll be difficult" should've been a red flag. Also, one of the most uncomfortable haircuts I've ever had, I was asked to keep my neck and back in painful positions while he worked. I'm 6'1", not exactly a giant. I've had positive experiences with other barbers here, this guy didn't seem interested in what I actually wanted though. If you prefer a more typical shorter men's haircut, you might be perfectly happy. I'm not. I get to go see my family with the shortest hair I've had in years and hear how much they prefer it, which is honestly mortifying. Charged me $75 with a beard trim, too.
