Tim and the guys at JTS are holding up the time honored tradition of a privately owned shop who make their reputation priority. I had an area shop known for mercedes work on my S55, they screwed it up so bad I couldn't drive it and charged me an exorbitant amount. After looking for a long time for a shop JTS fixed the problem and charged me less than they quoted me. How do you beat that? I will now take all my cars there. My thanks to Tim and the guys, I have found a mechanic I trust implicitly.

I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new Ford Expedition, and I truly cannot say…read moreenough good things about this dealership! From the very beginning, both Aliyssa and Gabe went above and beyond to make this process smooth and stress-free. Aliyssa was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She sent detailed walk-around videos of the vehicle and even took the time to send additional videos when I asked about specific features--something I really appreciated since I was initially handling everything remotely. At the same time, Gabe was just as incredible on the financing side. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything without any pressure. He made sure I understood all of my options, especially when it came to warranties, and I never once felt rushed or pushed into anything. That level of transparency made a huge difference. At one point, I was planning to have the vehicle shipped, so we completed almost everything online and over the phone--and it was completely seamless thanks to both of them working together. The best part of all--and something I will never forget--is when I decided last minute to drive four hours to pick up the vehicle myself. Not only were they accommodating, but they BOTH stayed past business hours and waited for me just so I could take my new car home that same day. That level of dedication and customer service is truly rare. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, but Aliyssa and Gabe especially made this an exceptional experience from start to finish. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and truly outstanding experience!

I explained what happened and he said it was the starter. When Napa opened, I walked there and bought the starter. I pushed the vehicle next door and dropped it off. It was the weekend and they weren't open. First, they said they'd call and let me know the price BEFORE they worked on it. But they didn't. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. They told me they'd make sure it was the starter before they did anything. Two day's later with 1 hour till they closed, they told me the price, and essentially I had 45 minutes to get it if I wanted it that day. Well I need it for work, soooo. Next, when I picked it up, they charged me 189$ I ALREADY BOUGHT THE STARTER, for 220$ I was told by multiple mechanics I know that it's a fast easy fix. Like most people said maybe 30 minutes Soooo 189 for 30 minutes of work? Seriously!? Then when I was paying the guy said their work Isn't warrantied because I got the part somewhere else. What! Then they told me they added 30$ because I didn't buy the part from them! I understand the owner has cancer and I'm sure is struggling in a small town. Who knows. But this is taking advantage of people. Next time, I'll push my car down the road somewhere else.
