Donuts are ok, but at this price I should have picked up Krispy Kreme or dk donuts. Not the great deal it used to be, but like everything else the price of donuts is triple. A dozen donuts and 4 dozen donuts holes was $30.

For a cheap donut, this place is good. I've had it twice and both times I was surprised. The glaze is always great, it is super soft and fluffy. I've had the orange before and that was pretty good too. The glaze had a nice citrus flavor and was soft inside. The donut holes are slightly drier. Overall, can't really say I'm expecting much from this type of donut shop.

Very good donuts! The lady behind the counter was extremely nice! They have my favorite kind of donuts, not sure what they are called but they are THE BEST!!

There are donut shops, and then there are places that make you stop mid-bite and wonder why you…read moreever settled for less. This little walk-up spot is one of those places! The setup is simple; walk up to the window, place your order, and try not to get distracted by the display case packed with donuts that look like they belong in a bakery competition. The employees inside were ready to answer any questions and worked diligently to get orders processed. There are a handful of outdoor tables if you want to enjoy your treats there, but be warned that it can get busy in the morning. After one visit here it's easy to understand why. What really sets them apart is their willingness to get creative. They have the classics, but the adventurous specialty donuts are where the magic happens. I tried the Girl Scout inspired Samoa donut, and it absolutely delivered. A soft, pillowy donut with a rich chocolate-coated bottom, topped with a generous layer of caramel and coconut. The flavors were balanced deliciously. The chocolate added depth, the caramel brought just enough buttery sweetness, and the coconut gave it texture and a slightly nutty finish. Best of all, it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Going back for this one soon! If coconut is not your thing, but you enjoy chocolate and whip cream I recommend the whipped cream stuffed chocolate Long John. The chocolate icing had a nice cocoa flavor without being overly sweet, while the whipped cream filling was light, airy, and pleasantly smooth. What really stood out though was the donut itself because it was soft, fluffy, and fresh. The freshness was obvious from the first bite. The donut had that perfect texture--light and airy inside while still substantial enough to hold all of those toppings. It managed to feel indulgent without becoming heavy. Even the atmosphere here adds to the experience. Standing outside with a fresh donut and coffee in hand while watching the steady stream of customers come and go gives you the feeling that you've discovered a local favorite rather than a chain trying to imitate one. If you're the type who usually grabs a plain glazed donut and moves on, this is the place that might convince you to branch out. Between the creative flavors, fresh ingredients, and consistently delicious execution, it's easy to see why people line up in the morning. Some donuts satisfy a craving, these donuts create one!

But it was nice that while waiting in line - you can watch and see the donut machines working along with the staff operating it and selecting out ones that didn't make the cut. Ambiance/location - this is right in the same plaza as The Outlets at City Drive and it's a great location, plenty of other fun places to check out in the area but the only catch is finding parking! My mom wanted to come in since she heard they're giving out a free original glazed donut free since Team USA won the last World Cup game. But turns out she needed to have the offer in the app and the hours were limited and we got there after that. The lady who serviced us was super nice about it though, seeing my mom and I struggle with downloading the app and trying to find that offer, and since we waited in that long line (and were kinda still holding up the line) she gave me an original glazed donut for free anyways along with the assorted Build your Own 3pk I picked out. I got the Lemon Bar (50 cents extra), Cinnamon Apple Filled, and New York Cheesecake (50 cents extra) totaling to $9.67 with tax. They were all really good and I'd say it's worth it for a snack and to sample some pretty and unique donut flavors. Love Krispy Kreme and would definitely recommend them!

The mobile app ordering experience is annoying where for a 24/7 location it doesn't support pickup except when the lobby is open. I'm not fumbling with the app in the drive thru. The star of the meal was the Furikake Chicken. It tasted SO GOOD. Chicken was a little dry, but the flavor makes up for it. Pork belly was good and pretty tender. Mac salad was not bad, with a strong bonito flavor, and the coleslaw was a bit bitter. Loco Moco was decent. Limeade was definitely sour, but my husband enjoyed it. We ended our meal with one mango and one coconut cream malasada. Donut was hot and fluffy, and the cream was pretty good... just VERY sweet! If I'm ever in the area, I would come back for the Garlic Furikake Chicken bowl, and to try their spam musubi!

They release a curated selection of limited-edition donuts monthly, made with seasonal ingredients and in partnership with local farmers and businesses like Harry's Berries. All of their donuts are huge, fluffy, and best eaten warm. Service is always exceptional, and employees are super sweet and helpful. Favorites: - Butter Pecan: sourdough donut dipped in a brown butter maple glaze and topped with roasted pecan toffee pieces. This is probably their best donut, which is a difficult thing to say, but it's hard to compete with that buttery pecan-toffee streusel and the wonderfully umami brown butter glaze. Perfect balance of sweet and salty. - Banoffee: a sourdough donut topped with homemade banana pudding, banana whipped cream, toffee sauce, and streusel. The banana pudding is delicious and rich, no cutting corners here! It is definitely a sweet treat though; a bit too sweet for me. Seasonal Favorites: - April 2026 Carrot Cake: sourdough donut with cream cheese glaze, and topped with a slice of carrot cake made with pineapple and pecan. Super decadent, perfect carrot cake made the way it should be. Wonderfully rich and thick cream cheese glaze. Note: They often have donuts made with fresh, seasonal fruit glazes, like passionfruit, strawberries, peaches, guava, cranberry. Because the glazes are made in-house, with real fruit, they can be tart and sweet at once, which may not be preferable to those with a sweet tooth.
