The person he hired even advised me that Rigo supplied very cheap paint for the project. Sure enough, only a few months later, my gate started rusting. I reached out to Rigo about six months after the project was completed, and he told me I would need to have it painted again -- meaning he wanted to charge me a second time. This was not a cheap job, and the quality of work was nowhere near acceptable. The paint was poor quality, overspray got on the sidewalk and even on my cars, and overall the project was not completed to proper standards. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere

I am hoping they offer a lot of services as I intend on using them for all my projects going forward. They came in at a great price, and did a great fast job. Only took them one day to paint, put in a shower door, put in a what like to call a "fart fan" lol. Along with a new light fixture, new base boards, as well as fixed the damaged dry wall/plaster that was damaged from moisture. My only 2 complaints is 1.communication could be better and more efficient. 2. Inform the customer of everything needed and required by the customer for the job. Other than that. I can definitely recommend them to complete your project well and on time.

Kitchen This year we hired Icarian Design Inc…read moreto remodel our kitchen. Overall we were very pleased with the experience of this project. The designer worked diligently to create a kitchen that was functional and matched our vision. The turnaround time was better than expected. The completion date was met and final finishes were completed with minimal disruption. We did encounter some minor hiccups but Larry and his team addressed them promptly until we were satisfied with the outcome. We are happy the issue was resolved before the big holidays. What stood out the most was this company's professional and courteous approach. Larry and his team are trustworthy and really care about their clients. If you're looking for a contractor for a big or small project, who is professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with, this is a solid choice. He handled concerns with care and ensured quality results in our kitchen and living room walls remodel.

You learn the most about the quality of a firm's work and their character when something goes wrong and we had plenty of unexpected issues (none that were Larry's fault): parts that were supposed to arrive were missing, we asked for modification to the plan, it was raining, the work was more complicated than expected so the job took twice as long, etc. Larry and his team tackled issue after issue that came up with a smile on until we were perfectly satisfied. I'd highly recommend working with them on any project, large or small.

In the search for someone to make our home addition dreams come true I met with so many contractors…read morewho felt like salesmen that I was getting really discouraged. The last meeting I had was with Fabiola and Cesar. They were generous with their knowledge, making practical suggestions, offering to answer questions later even if I didn't go with them. They were so real that I almost couldn't believe they were real! When their bid came back within our budget I just had a huge sense of relief. Amazingly, these good feelings continued throughout the entire construction process. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Conber was the clear communication with us, always letting us know what to expect, checking in just to see if we have any questions. They also had great communication and respect for and from their crew, keeping the construction moving smoothly. Of course their work quality is superb, their attention to detail acute (all while making sure the styles is what you like), but what I remember feeling the most was that I trusted them, which is priceless.

By far THE BEST experience my family has had when it comes to working with contractors. From the…read morefirst time meeting with Fabiola and Cesar when getting the estimate/quote up until the project was completed... it was such a smooth and stress free experience. A kitchen and living room renovation has been in discussion for some time and it was just a matter of finding the right company for the job. We've had some eh experiences with prior contractors with projects at the house so it left an impression that kept us hesitant to look. This was not the case with Conber. During the estimate they gave their suggestion as to what would work as far as what my wife was envisioning. They were very organized from the start. Taking measurements, writing notes, really going in depth as far as the project was concerned. Fabiola and Cesar answers all our questions and suggested what would work and what wouldn't and approximately how long it would take. We've told them our previous experience where the time took so much longer for whet was actually done. They said our renovation would be done it approx 6 weeks. Our previous renovation that was completed took 6 months and it was much smaller than the task we presented to Conber ! So you better believe we wanted to hire Fabiola and Cesar's company . They got back to us with the quote very quick and then we went from there. Fast forward to start of demolition.. The staff that Conber had working were so good! The timeliness, organization, and cleanliness of the job were on point! They said they'll be there at a certain time, they were there way before said time. They kept the demo mess where it belonged and it didn't find its way into places it didn't need to be. The next step after the demolition was no different. They continued to be organized and efficient and always showed up in a timely fashion. We appreciated the fact that we knew what time to expect them and what time their end of day was. And it was always consistent unless we were notified. Which is a huge plus to me. Another game changer was the fact that either Fabiola or Cesar would show up in the morning and at end of the working day to check on progress. That showed me that the project was just as important to them as it was to us. They also were just a phone call or text away so reaching them was never an issue. Don't want the review to be much longer than it is already but the end product was nothing short of amazing. They gave a new life to the house. Everyone is so happy with the finished product. The only bad part of it all is that we won't be seeing Fabiola, Cesar, and the crew daily, it was something my daughter got used to. To sum it all up we are glad we went chose Comber and we will not hesitate to reach out to them again for future projects. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for home projects. Thank you Conber !
