They sell Starbucks coffee here with a better pastry selection. I enjoyed getting my cold brew and a Boston Cream donut. They have a decent seating area if you want to lounge around.

    Surprisingly they serve Starbucks here.

This place is located inside the Orleans Hotel. It is very convenient if you are a guest here at the hotel. They is a great seating area which is awesome. Service is ok. They didn't offer to heat my muffin or donut. My daughter had a breakfast burrito which was good. Prices are obviously higher here.

Stopped here today for a couple of refreshments and got a smoothie and a Acia bowl. It took a while for the lady to make it for us, but this is understandable since she was by herself since they are looking for people to work, but I guess they do not want to.

Standard "Starbucks" licensed coffee joint. Looks like a dollar more than other like places, but I think you pay for the convenience. There is always a moving line, someone always eating a bagel in the sitting area and I have always gotten courteous and quick as possible service.

    A very small apple

The apples are small and one was better than the other, but the bagel was wrapped in tinfoil, which I haven't experienced since Peter Pan Bagels in NYC when I was a kid. I used to love those bagels! And I always associated tinfoil with those bagels. So, this was a nice surprise. I always know I'm going to be surprised by something in Vegas, but I never thought it would be a bagel wrapped in tinfoil. Very good bagel, excellent service, clean, and affordable. Definitely recommended.

    They brew Starbucks coffee... poorly

It's gotta be a law somewhere that every casino has required to have a spot to grab hot coffee to start the day. Java Vegas is the one at the Orleans, and it's hidden by the valet entrance/exit around the side of the building. I was disappointed to see that this spot brews Starbucks coffee, a company I've avoided patronizing for years. The vanilla iced coffee I received was sooo milky, it had barely any coffee flavor. Super disappointing, especially considering it was one of their promoted drinks. Service was polite, line moved quickly. They have a pastry case with fresh fruit and yogurt, some of the only healthy options available in this casino. They had a featured breakfast sandwich and burrito for under $5/ea, which is surprisingly good pricing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would !!!! Terrible service . Coffee was too sweet !!! I asked her what was in the coffee because if I don't like drinks that are sweet . She said there is only coffee, and the base and that's it. I even paid for an extra shit of espresso because I did not like my drinks sweet!!! Turns out the base is sugar!!!! I told her that she didn't tell me that the base was sugar. And said that it's not their fault that they made it exactly the way I wanted I said not sweet....... The lady that was helping me was an older Latina lady @ 5pm . She had a terrible Attitude.!!! I asked specific questions and yet she couldn't answer properly like she didn't know the menu. **** update .... I called to speak to the manager Josh An he was wonderful!!!! He fixed the drink for me and was so understanding. Oh thank you to the manager Josh

I thought picking Java Vegas Coffee was a safe bet. Located inside Orleans hotel, this place serves coffee by Starbucks and donut by Winchell's. Honestly I wanted my $ back from this casino. No, not from losing @ the slot machines. I was more disappointed in my coffee than the slots. We got twist, sugar donut, cappucino, and vanilla latte for breakfast. My sugar donut was cold and semi hard. My cappuccino tasted like water and smelled funky. He didn't like his twist and vanilla latte. The worker was very clueless. 2 stars!! Java Vegas Coffee is not yummylicious!!

Pretty good Americano but stale donuts, it's the only coffee place in The Orleans. Give it a try.

My first stay was 5-star worthy but this time there were a few things that left me wanting. It started with the front desk lady who was decent but was hurried and not as helpful as I'd like. When I asked where we could leave our luggage she just said valet but didn't tell us precisely where we should go so we walked in circles. She also didn't share where the rooms were but having been there before I was okay there. They do have a pretty slick process where you get a text and it walks you through a lot of the information I thought she might have provided so if she would have even explained that part to me it would have been better. Fortunately our room was ready early so we didn't have to drag our luggage around for hours or until we found someone to hold them for us. The room was in the Spa Tower and was nice. It had a large soaking tub and separate shower as well as his and hers sinks. The bed was comfortable and, although being on the 7th floor wasn't great for the best views, it still was a good vantage point to see the ferris wheel and part of the sphere and the Bellagio fountains. On the downside, the sinks periodically emitted sewage smells. But the worst thing was they started doing some drilling that started at 5:30am on Monday. You read that correct, 5:30am! And it was so loud that when I went down to the 4th and then the 1st floors I could still hear it loud and clear. This was incredibly inconsiderate. When I got to the 1st floor I saw another guest complaining about it too. I get it, renovations have to take place. But at a decent hour! The next day they didn't start until about 8:30am, which was much more reasonable.

It is a VERY nice, immaculately designed room with a massive bathtub and the most comfortable bed. Plus, they actually give you individual shampoo, condition, shower gel and lotion. The restaurants I tried on-site were Komodo, Vida, La Cote and The Tavern. All of them were great, although pricey, but my favorites were Komodo and Vida. Komodo the surf and turf roll was amazingly delicious and well seasoned. Vida I had the shrimp pesto which had a generous portion of crab as well as the pasta. Every place I dined, I had extra food. Luckily, their rooms also included a small, empty fridge that I could put my leftovers. Service was stellar from the players club booth to the restaurants to the house keepers. One morning I was out of my room for less than an hour and by the time I was back the room was back to perfection. Pool area is massive and has plenty of seating and umbrellas for free use. However, if you want to go the paid seating route... another feature they offer (that other Strip properties have done away with) the cost of the daybed and cabana is your FB cost. I had read that Nevada residents had free parking. I got my license ready but I was unsure as to where I needed to scan it. Not seeing where, I took a ticket and the gate opened. I thought I'd check inside for information before I left. Parking near the elevators, it turned out not to be the elevators. There was a sign painted South Lobby and a right arrow. After looking for the elevators, I noticed there were some metal doors. The layout has a lobby on each floor behind these metal doors. That's where the elevators were. First impression is negative. I rode down to the lobby. I walked a short distance and saw Vida where I had planned to have breakfast. After breakfast, I followed the sign to the slot club where I thought I'd get the information. I did, but instead of just telling me where to scan the back of the license, I was invited to join the slot club and I'd get free parking. I'd also receive a minimal amount of free play. I signed up and took the card I was given with directions on how to load the free play. I chose a machine, followed the directions on the card, but nothing. I tried again starting from the beginning. Again, nothing. I decided it wasn't worth it and I played for a short time on my money. When I was done, I went back to the South Lobby and went to my floor. Then the "fun" began. I was uanble to leave. One area was blocked. I looked for signs but there weren't any where I was. At one point I went between some barriers. That gave me a short ride around the walls and I was back to where I first started. Eventually, a crew pulled aside one of the barriers and they told me where I needed to go. Finally, I got to the exit gate. I guessed as to where my license should be scanned. The machine wanted the ticket. After inserting it, I scanned my license and the gate went up. I was so pleased to see Elvis Presley Boulevard. In a short time, I was on my way west on Sahara. I was mentally scratching my head. I decided after the free play fiasco and the garage, that my visit to the Fontainebleau was a one and done. This is why locals don't generally go to the Strip. Different parking perks done differently. Why bother?

My grandparents have clear mobility limitations and cannot comfortably walk long distances. When we asked about wheelchair or scooter assistance, we were told they are "only for people who are dying or emergencies" and that it's against policy to provide them otherwise. That response alone was shocking and completely inappropriate. We were given a number to call for scooter rentals, but the company they referred us to does not even deliver to the hotel--making the "solution" useless. No alternative options were provided. Even more concerning, there was no effort whatsoever to place us in an accessible room or accommodate their mobility needs in any meaningful way. For a major Las Vegas property, the lack of basic accessibility awareness and the dismissive attitude toward guests with mobility issues is unacceptable. Whether intentional or not, this is the kind of experience that makes people feel unwelcome. I would strongly reconsider staying here if accessibility is even a minor concern.

This review is for their Casino only…read more My husband and I are Vegas locals and were longtime patrons of Ellis Island, for about 7 years, until yesterday. We encountered a supervisor that was very rude and condescending. We requested help over a game, and it was his attitude, not his answer, that has deterred us from ever playing at or recommending Ellis to anyone. We were playing their new table game, Heads Up Hold Em (a variation of Ultimate Texas Hold Em). This is a game in which you play poker against the dealer only. Something important about this variation is that their Blind Payout has a Bad Beat Pay out, included. I have only ever seen this payout as a separate side bet in other casinos. This was the second time ever in 9 months that I had played this variation. Long story short, during a hand, the community board was K K 3 K K. I folded my hand of "2, 4". In a normal game of Ultimate Holdem, you would never play "2, 4". The dealer ended up having a 7, so while I would have lost, in this variation of poker I would have won money back for their "Bad Beat" Blind payout. We requested for a Supervisor to come and help us get my hand and bet back. This is a normal thing I have witnessed requested, and done myself in many casinos (Caesars, MGM, Stations, Tropical, all downtown). In every situation, the Supervisor aka pit boss, was always accommodating in allowing the patron back their hand and bets. The first supervisor did not understand that I folded a hand in which I would have won the "Bad Beat" Blind payout. It would have paid $250. She was accommodating nonetheless, and offered to give me a push. We then requested for another supervisor to come. Brian came, heard us, took awhile to understand, then told us "No". He was very rude and very unprofessional. Not because he told us no, but his demeanor in saying no was unprofessional. His attitude from the start was a very condescending "sucks to be you" attitude. Had he simply responded with an apology, stating that this Casino had rules that do not allow for patrons to get their hand back after a mistake, we would have accepted that. We were not drinking. We were not rude. We were not belligerent. We were patrons of 7 years that previously loved this place.
