Worst place ever! I went out for coffee with a friend and she got iced coffee. And the lady put too much iced and my friend asked if she could get less ice. This worker just shoved the straw into the cup with no gloves on and slammed it on the table. She was so rude. And walked away. So my friend proceeds to get another cup so she can get some ice out. She wanted to get a lid for a coffee And she comes back telling us it cost more for that cup . She didn't want to take the iced out she was so disrespectful. So disgusting definitely never coming back! Oh yeah she had big attitude. We were talking to her politely and she treated us with disrespect. No matter if your having a bad day it doesn't mean treat customers so poorly. We told her " sorry if she had a bad day" and in return she's like I'm not having a bad day.. Who talks to customers like this, this is very unacceptable behavior! Poor customer service. Today I had an incident where a wrong order was placed and the male cashier re made the drink, but soon afterwards loudly complained to the entire cafe while I was still there. He continued to carry out his tirade with a conversation of my mishap with two other customers who had inquired about the drink on the counter. When I first ordered I asked what he'd like me to do with the wrong drink and he said it was okay to leave it on the counter, I would have gladly paid for it if I had known he was going to be so unpleasant. read more

I have only ever had breakfast here of a bagel and O.J. but the price is right and the bagel and juice is better than any chain. Plus you can sit outside and watch the world go by on main Street. read more

Came in from California and got a bagel and iced americano . Not sure if the espresso in New York is different than California but the espresso was poured out of a pitcher in the fridge... and well it wasn't all that great. Saying that it was a nice place with free wifi and the bagel with butter was quite good. Good place to to hang when driving through but definitely not a destination or artisan coffee. read more

I have been here 3 times and absolutely loved the coffe, chai and lunches. I think I could eat here everyday! Everything is so fresh and made to order. I've had the eggplant parm sandwich and vegetarian wrap. Both are amazing. I don't think I can ever get sick of going here. read more

I have only been here once mind you. For two reasons, 1. to be fair I am never in Brockport and 2.) the latte was probably the most horrible I have ever had. I said latte, not a VERY dry cappuccino. The foam on top was all lumpy, bubbling and burnt. The ambiance is nothing to really speak of, I guess you could call it "generic cafe chic." I am giving it two stars instead of one for being like the only coffee shop in Brockport. That says something at least I guess.... read more

I've been working in Brockport for a few months now, but haven't made my way to all of the local venues yet. Yesterday, I wanted to get some coffee and checked Yelp to see what everyone thought would be my best Cup 'O Joe. Java Junction is right down the road, so I decided to stop in. JJ is a pretty cozy little place that has plenty of seating and dimly lit lights to give it that classic cafe ambiance. I was checking out the menu when the woman behind the corner asked me what I was in the mood for, "beverage or food? hot or cold?" I let her know I was looking at the Oregon Chai, as I'm a pretty big chai fan. She said it would hit the spot and said that she could even make it cold. I asked her to throw in some Almond Milk and she obliged. Let me just say, it was pretty delicious. It had an awesome color to it and tasted just sweet enough, but not too much, to let the chai taste come through. As she was making it up I had a look at the pastries and she recommended the Maple Pecan Scone. I don't normally go for such things, but it was my first time there and I figured I should give it a try. Soft, fluffy, maple-y, and buttery. It instantly melted in your mouth. I couldn't have asked for a better mid-morning pick-me-up with the scone and tea. I'll most certainly be coming back to Java Junction for the delicious food and drinks and great service. read more

Absolutely sublime. The service is friendly and charming, the sandwiches are masterpieces, and the Hungarian mushroom soup is absolutely the best mushroom soup I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy, and as it's right across from the Lift Bridge Book Shop, you can curl up with a book as you munch. My only complaint is that kitchen closes too early. But even for a coffee and bagel, it's worth stopping by. read more

A very pleasant laid-back hang out, especially on a summer night. Not the motherlode of exotic beverages but still a good selection of quality coffees, nice pastries and baked goods and what looks like a decent lunch menu, not that I've got to try it out yet. Showcases local art and music. I would visit frequently Java Junction strictly for one item: the Hungarian mushroom soup. After moving out of the area, I would still drive back into Brockport to grab some soup. Recently, I had a craving for the mushroom soup and after getting the soup home, I found myself sorely underwhelmed and disappointed. The once rich and flavorful mushroom soup was now more on the bland side and severely lacking any amount of mushrooms. The soup contained more onions than any other ingredient and definitely didn't taste like the soup I once loved. I only hope that this was just an off day for the soup but it will be quite some time before I make the drive back again. read more

Only one person opens and is very stressed out if you stand outside the door at 2 minutes to 7 (when they open) Also you might want to ask who to place an order with.
